Other Things to Note:

* One covered parking spot under the carport on N. Vancouver is included with your rental. We kindly ask that you keep only one vehicle parked there so that the other space remains available for guests staying at the adjacent property. Feel free to use street parking if you need an additional spot.



* Please remember to always observe proper waste segregation when disposing of garbage.



Damage Protection

To keep everyone protected, guests can choose one of the following options before check-in:

$250 refundable credit card hold, released after checkout pending inspection, or

$50 non-refundable damage waiver, covering minor accidental damages.
