We are proud to present this 3 bedroom 2 bathroom townhouse with a communal pool in El Galan, San Miguel. This property has a cheery aspect with a large terrace in the rear of the property perfect for dining alfresco. The communal pool has artificially grassed surroundings. Everything you need for a family holiday.



The Space:

You enter the property into the open-plan kitchen and main living area. The living room has an L-shaped sofa, coffee table, and sideboard with a smart TV. There is also a 4-person dining table. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary white goods, a fridge freezer, hob, coffee machine, etc. Behind the dining table, there are sliding doors to exit onto the back terrace.

The back terrace is split-level. The top level is tiled and there is a 4-person rattan table and chairs, as well as an additional rattan sofa with 2-arm chairs and a coffee table. On the lower level, there is a grassed area ideal for sun loungers. From here there is a gate for you to access the communal pool.

This property has 3 bedrooms, the master has a double bed, 2 bedside cabinets, and a built-in wardrobe. It also boasts an adjacent dressing room that has a dressing table with a stool, chest of drawers, and television. Both the second and third bedrooms also have double beds, bedside cabinets, and built-in wardrobes.

Both bathrooms have enclosed shower stalls, a toilet, and a sink.

This property has air-conditioning in the lounge and 2 of the bedrooms, fibre optic WIFI available throughout and street parking.

The famous Villamartin Plaza is a 10-minute drive from the property, which is an ideal place to spend an evening with bars and restaurants a plenty. The nearest supermarkets Mercadona and Aldi are both a 5-minute drive away as well as La Fuente Commercial Center which also has a large choice of bars and restaurants to choose from.

For guests that love to shop, Zenia Boulevard, Costa Blanca’s largest outdoor shopping centre is within a 15-minute drive away.

For Golfers, there are three golf courses within a 10-minute drive - Villamartin, Campomor and Las Ramblas as well as many more within a 30-minute drive.

The nearest beaches Cala Capitan and La Zenia are both within a 15-minute drive.

We recommend a car to make the most of your stay here in Orihuela Costa.
