Stylish 2 Bedroom Home in Santa Monica

The apartment was as advertised. The location was excellent, spotlessly clean. Very comfortable beds. Check in would have been very simple had the instructions for the entry keypad been clearer. Overall we felt very safe. Host was not overly welcoming and did not reply to my countless messages asking for instructions when the power was cut due to street maintenance shortly before check out. Other than this, an excellent stay.

We were two couples and stayed 5 nights. Very comfortable house, conveniently located with many facilities at walking distance.

Excellent stay in this comfy Santa Monica home. We travel to Santa Monica 3-4 times a year to visit family. We have been waiting for a good VRBO near our son instead of staying in a hotel. Clean and stocked with everything you need, near shopping and some great restaurants! Can't go wrong with this place.

Nice updated and clean unit perfect for our one week visit to greater LA. Close to great beaches, the Getty Museum, and UCLA. Recommended.

Home was clean and beds comfortable. We did not use the kitchen but it appeared to be well stocked. Checking in and out was easy. Owner responded quickly to all our questions. We would definitely stay again.

Everything was great except for the construction project that was gong on behind the property. Construction workers arrived at 6:30am on Saturday and were quite noisy most of the day. They used the driveway on for deliveries on both Sat & Monday. Other than that - all was great.

It was close to all the wedding venues which was perfect!

Nice, newly redone property in Santa Monica! Comfy beds, living area and outdoor courtyard; big TVs, great showers. Around the corner from a huge CVS where you can get some groceries, and a Starbucks. This place is a good choice!

Super clean, modern, well equipped. This house had everything we needed. Right close to everything. Walking distance to CVS, restaurants, etc. Tight parking for our large vehicle, but the property does have garage which was nice. We didn’t try it. Has a super relaxing back courtyard that is shared with another unit. Renee there comes and goes quietly. Plus they are building on something else. Hustle and bustle outside, but Inside this unit is super relaxing and worked perfectly for us to rest up after visiting UCLA medical center. Montana ave up the road has amazing gluten free food at modern bread. Roris Ice cream shop was great, also an gf cone. And we enjoyed breakfast at Uppers multiple times. Plus 15 min drive to the pier and beach.

So clean so amazing. CVS is almost next door. Erewhon is a few blocks away. The pier is a bit of a mile. We loved the location, the layout, and the communication. Can’t wait to come back!

This place is great! The host, Brandon, got in touch the morning of our visit to give us the check-in instructions and was very clear and concise. The house is incredibly clean and stylish. Lots of dishes, towels, shampoo and soap. Beds were clean and comfortable. The house is located near a fairly busy intersection, but it wasn't too noisy as the windows are new. CVS is literally steps away and is open 24hrs so that is handy. 10/10!

The property is renovated like new. It’s convenient and there’s a great coffee shop around the corner. Highly recommended for a trip to Santa Monica.

Had a great stay. The property is lovely and felt brand new inside. It is on a busy street and there was a bit of outside noise from traffic and the nearby parking lot. But, it was nice to be close to coffee shop and juice bar -which are literally just around the corner.

The decor is clean, simple and comfortable. Showers are great, kitchen is perfect and the clothes washer makes a big difference when traveling for a long stay. The entry keypad is simple to use and the house is quiet. Bedrooms are cozy and extra large televisions in each room are a bonus. Large oudoor area is special and completely private. A great hideaway!

This house was great! Very clean; updated tech and appliances; pleasantly decorated; convenient location, lots within walking distance. We were visiting family in LA and found this house to be the perfect base. We’ll be back!

It was the perfect stay for our trip for my 10 month old son’s surgery. The place was very clean, updated, nice layout, cozy, comfortable beds, nice location, great shower, nice fenced in back yard with places to sit and enjoy the sun on the patio, perfect kitchen, safe but busy neighborhood. It literally had everything we needed We enjoyed every bit of it, although the traffic was busy outside the house we cousins hear any of the noise in the rooms. I liked that the place was close to the beach, a few min walk away from the grocery store. This place is everything the posting claims to be and more.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was superbly appointed and extremely clean. Beds were comfortable and showers were over the top. We had absolutely everything that we needed. Our only comment would be that from reading the website, we assumed that the house was closer to Ocean Avenue than it was. Regardless, it was a wonderful stay, and we totally enjoyed the host’s neighborhood recommendations for restaurants. Jonah’s was excellent and a very unique experience. This house has been newly renovated, and they did a super job. Great location for what we had planned. I would highly recommend renting this home. The host is ver easy to work with and very responsive. Will rent again whe visiting the Los Angeles area..

We loved this place! The interior feels brand new. Spotlessly clean, with modern furniture and appliances and fully updated kitchen and bathrooms. The location is excellent, a short drive to the Santa Monica pier and convenient to restaurants and shops. Perfect for a party of 4. The street is a little busy, but the home itself is quiet, with an excellent TVs and comfortable beds. Linens and towels are high quality and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils and cookware. We had no complaints at all during our stay. We will definitely book this space again on our next trip to the region. Highly recommended!

This property was as advertised. Very clean and living and dining areas were well appointed. The kitchen was amazing. The bathrooms were also spacious. We sat out on the back patio every day, and had dinner out there on our last night. The bedrooms were accommodating, however, the one with the ensuite was almost forgotten in its completion, as there were no closets nor a table with a lamp. More hangers could also be provided, and you have to share the closet with the other bedroom. This house is ideal for a small family, or 4 adults. 26th street is very busy, and the traffic is not very noticeable once you’re inside. Emergency vehicles were frequently going by as the hospital is very close by. After awhile, you don’t really notice it. Regarding check in, it would be more beneficial if it was mentioned in the confirmation that the check-in information would be provided the morning of the start of the stay. We would also like to suggest that there were brief instructions regarding the starting of the dishwasher. For example, the speed of closing the door to start the cycle.
