Private Duplex – The unit shares walls and ceiling with another but is designed for privacy and comfort.
Potential Noise – As part of a duplex, you may hear noise from neighboring guests. Please keep noise levels low from 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Home Security & Care
✔️ Lock all doors when leaving. Windows do not open, please do not force them.

Florida Wildlife & Pests – Keep doors closed to minimize presence.
Security Camera – There is a camera installed outside near the entrance for safety. It does not record inside.
Additional TV Services
If guests choose to add or purchase any additional TV packages (such as premium channels or special bundles), the cost must be covered by the guest. Management is not responsible for unauthorized additional charges.

Dog Policy
Up to 2 small dogs per stay, $60 each. Please declare dogs at booking.

The property may be subject to annual inspections by the city, bank, or insurance company.
If this occurs during a reservation and the guest is not present, the property manager will access the home to attend the inspection.
