Ryan and Sue were amazing hosts, so attentive from before we even booked to after we checked out. Their home is beautiful and the location is perfect. The view from the front porch is super relaxing. There’s a dock and boat ramp within walking distance to watch the sunrise if you want to be closer to the water and you are a super short drive to the beach. The neighborhood is very quiet and everyone is friendly. The house is big enough that my kids could spread out, which made everyone happy. There’s plenty of outdoor space to sit and relax or have dinner. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need if you plan to cook. They leave “starter stuff” (ie; bottled water, paper towels, toilet paper, dish/hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, trash bags, Clorox wipes, laundry pods etc.). There are beach accessories in the garage ready for you to use, so pack lighter than me because everything that I brought with me for the beach, they already had there . Ryan and Sue were so kind and helpful to us anytime we reached out to them, they were like catching up with old friends when we spoke to them on the phone- that’s how all hosts should be. We hope to stay in their home again in the future. Thank you.

Could not be happier with my stay. The property was bright, clean, and very well stocked with everything we needed. You can tell the host puts care into making sure guests are comfortable. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

We had a wonder trip to Saint Augustine to watch daughter's college softball team play. House was clean and cozy. Beautiful view and quick walk to boat ramp. Watched the shuttle launch.

Traveling with a 19 month old is very stressful until I walked in the front door of this house. Everything I needed for her was already there. All the saftey things I never would have thought about (stove knob covers) were already installed. The house was cleanband very well stocked. The back yard was perfect for letting the little one run around. The owner was super communicative and accommodating. There isn't one thing about our stay that I would change.

Everything was as shown in the listing and the owners are very responsive to any issue that may come up. Would recommend for st Augustine with a close location to downtown or to the beach/island.

Owners Ryan and Sue were amazing!!! They gave us a call immediately after we booked their beautiful home. It was like we were talking with old friends. We talked about our upcoming stay and they answered all of our questions. They gave us great recommendations on things to do and places to eat which we followed and were completely satisfied. Easter is our 29th wedding anniversary and we wanted to be home for Easter so celebrated a week early. My wife’s sister and family moved to Jacksonville so we invited them and their 2 children down to spend the night and hangout for the day. We love cooking and made a big family breakfast. This was so easy to accomplish with everything thing that was available at the home. Ryan and Sue have thought of everything. Great appliances, cookware, a warm inviting home with plenty of inside and outside spaces to enjoy time with each other. Beach supplies(chairs, coolers, umbrella, towels, etc.) Infant supples(pack-n-play) safety items for outlets, door handles, etc. There was not one item we though of or needed that Ryan and Sue had not thought of and provided. Everything was even better than the pictures and description. Great location minuets from anywhere you would want to go in St Augustine. We would recommend Ryan and Sue and their beautiful home to any of our family and friends. When we go back to St Augustine, this is where we will stay. There is no need to look anywhere else. We made lifelong memories.
