Stunning waterfront townhouse with private deck, full kitchen & water views

Excellent beach space, exactly what we were looking for.

Beautiful property and nice view. So some little irksome things I.e. supplied a Keurig but no coffee ( pretty standard in vacation rentals). Dish soap but no sponge. How am I supposed to actually wash the dish? Power went out to the whole property a couple of times. Other than that it was great.

This location was stellar and spectacular. Tucked away between a cliff and the sound, it felt isolated but was right on the water. The views were amazing. The place was a little precarious, clearly developed in the Boeing expansion era before environmental regulations—shown by the grandfathered elements such as a steep access road, a walk-in easement and significant shore armoring. The house itself was funky meets purpose rental updated, with four rental units in one building. The big caveats—there is no legit beach access (which the neighbor wanted us to mention) since its an eight foot drop from the deck to the beach. The parking is also a bit precarious, nose down into the sound with no fence, barrier or parking block. It also smells a bit musty but not too bad. You also have to cart in your gear, but that kind of added to the character. The other funky thing is you think you're renting a VRBO from a private owner, but then all the comms and marketing emails come from a company called Vacasa, which owns operates 30K rental properties in the PNW. It was a little unexpected but worked out ok. All in all though a wonderful place, right one the water with a spectacular view, a thing is hard to find in the PNW without an enormous rental cost.

The beach was great! The views outstanding. We loved the changing of the tides. We would come back.

Wonderful stay. Cozy spot. The power was off when we got there and it was also off when we left. Otherwise…

Condo unit is overall good quality and fine. View of puget sound and Hat Island is beautiful! Main issue was front door does not work. The code given did not work. Took 30min or so to get inside as I had to contact VRBO and have someone walk me through finding a separate lock box with a key which eventually got me inside the unit but the deadbolt does not work properly either so it took some time. Other than the issue with the door not working, our stay was good.

We were so excited to stay in this home for the beach access and the hot tub features but were disappointed when the pictures didn’t match and the hot tub was not functional. It was clean and cozy

We loved this condo. It was perfect for just the two of us. The window views were breathtaking and sitting in the hot tub with the water right there…amazing!!! This definitely will not be out last time here.

Lovely location, beautiful view, clean and nice villa. Had a fantastic night here. Stayed over the rainiest weekend of the year and the front walk was a river of mud but besides that everything was amazing. Hot tub, room, and view were all as advertised. Recommended.

Place was clean and cozy and cute. Had a bit of trouble finding it as we didnt know to walk down the path but that's part of the adventure sometimes. On our check out day the weather turned gorgeous. Is a place Id recommend and we'd come back
