The house is clean, spacious, tastefully decorated, and well stocked. Both outdoor decks are spacious and well furnished. The dock, lake area, and property grounds are clean and well maintained. The host is polite, accessible and accommodating. The overall atmosphere is inviting, relaxing, and family oriented.My trip was very special. This was the perfect place for me to spend much needed time with my family and to attend my granddaughter’s graduation.

Our family stayed here last year too. The deck overlooking the water is phenomenal and the house is spacious and comfortable. We’ll be back!

We had 6 adults in our group and we all had plenty of space to spend time together and spend time alone. Everything was clean, beds were comfortable, plenty of seating. Deck seating provided a great view of the lake… and a great place to drink my morning coffee. It was the perfect place to be able to visit with family, rest and recharge.

Beautiful property! Very clean and spacious. Absolutely loved the deck! Kitchen was well equipped. The host quickly responded to our questions. The restaurants the host recommended were also great. Loved the Meat Head pizza from SQZBX and the patio at Rolando's.

We found this lake house last minute after a loss in the family, and it was the perfect place to relax and reflect. The lake view was beautiful, and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The game room was a hit with the kids, and the house had everything we needed. We’re grateful for such a comfortable and calming place to stay.

Our recent stay at this property was a great experience for our group. The beautiful waterfront setting provided a great backdrop for our fantasy football draft weekend. The dock was a major plus, allowing us to easily use our boat for some time on the water.The house itself was well-equipped, particularly the game room which was a highlight, and the kitchen had all the necessary supplies for cooking. We enjoyed relaxing on the patio with our morning coffee, taking in the views.Communication with the host was consistently clear and helpful, making the entire process from booking to checkout seamless. We found the property to be a solid choice and would definitely return in the future.

This is an amazing property on the lake. The hangout spaces are exceptional, and the deck has the best view, is comfortable and a great space to gather.The owner was very responsive to communication and very accommodating. We would love to stay here again.

We stayed from Tuesday afternoon to Friday morning. All of the appliances were in excellent condition. Everyone's room and bathroom were clean and veryy comfortable. We all agreed that it was the best VRBO we had stayed at for all our family reunions.

Second year to stay here. Absolutely fabulous property. Fit all of our family needs. Great location. Clean and well supplied. Tarry was available 24/7 to answer questions and recommendations. Hope to make it 3 next year. Had a ballast!!

Nice, quiet property, we really enjoyed our stay and proximity to the attractions in Hot Springs. Really beautiful lake, wish it had been a bit warmer to enjoy as it seems the home provides great access to water activities. Would love to visit it again and very happy we stayed where we did!

The house was great. The location was perfect on Lake Hamilton. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. The host was easy to contact and responded quickly to the only issue we had - a few light bulbs out in the upstairs bathrooms - the host had bulbs delivered within a few hours so it was an easy fix . Overall the house was a great fit for us - my parents in their 70's, myself, my husband and our two children (10&8).

This was the best location for a large extended family at an incredible price. We never left the house except to get food. We enjoyed time with each other playing the onsite games and fellowshipping. Highly recommend and will be back!

We absolutely loved this property! The bedrooms were very nice with comfortable mattresses. We have a granddaughter who was 1 1/2 and it was very convenient to use the crib, baby gate and highchair. We had a Foosball competition and played several games while we were there.

My team and I absolutely love this property. We will forever book here when in Hot Springs. I planned a retreat for my team and this home made it all of that and more.

I loved the layout of this property. There were King size beds and bathrooms for everyone. We stayed with family so there were 3 kids and a baby. There were bunk beds for kids and a crib for the baby, even a high chair! The house truly had everything we needed. The best part was the indoor outdoor living area. A great place to relax, enjoy the views, and let the kids enjoy all the games downstairs. Perfect for any time of the year! The host was very informative and welcoming. We are already planning our next stay here!

Three senior couples gathered for an annual reunion. Property is extraordinarily spacious and allows great freedom to move about to enjoy this house. Tarry's i9mmediate responses and acceptance of several requests is most commendable! Very accepting of request for info, early check-in availability, and TV operation is over and above normal customer service. Well equipped; has everything you need !! When and If return to this area, I will definitely look to book this property.

Wonderful house Spotless, beautiful patio where we frequented and was perfect to view the Lunar Eclipse. Kitchen well equipped and organized. Owner was quick to respond and fix a minor issue. Good place for young able folks, but a challenge for seniors. No easy way to unload or load vehicles. Lots of steps.
