*Stunning Waterfall & Glittering Pool**Spacious Home**Perfect 4 Family Reunions*

We stayed here for a month and a half and it was amazing!! The landlords John and Michelle are the best! Michelle is so sweet and attentive to are needs and John is very helpful and handy!!!! Everything about our stay was luxurious!!

We could not be more pleased with the hospitality shown by the property owners or the quality of the property during our stay. The attentiveness of the owners to making this a pleasurable stay was beyond our expectations. From the day one review of the property until our final departure any and all questions were answered promptly and the guys who stayed appreciated the sincere support and the interactions during the stay. Coming from Germany for this type of extended stay when completing projects is never easy. Michelle and John made the stay as close to a feeling of being with friends on vacation as is possible while making them feel welcomed in our country. My only challenge now is to match this in all future project rentals. Thanks again to Michelle and John and we hope to have the opportunity of renting from you in the future. Steve

We had a family gathering for one week. There were 12 of us from different parts of the country. Weather was great. It was a fantastic vacation ... all of us being together in such a beautiful setting. The house is located in a beautiful gated community. There is plenty of sight seeing to do in the area. Or you can do like we did ... for the most part we stayed on the property. With the large house, the pool, the hot tub, the waterfalls, trampoline and more we didn't find it necessary to go anywhere for our entertainment. We went to the beach one day (about 30 mins from the house) and to the USS Midway Museum. The rest of the time we stayed home and enjoyed each other's company and the beautiful setting that we were in. Can't wait till we can go back again! Thank you John and Michelle!

Beautiful home, with plenty of room space to accommodate our big family we had all the amenities that were needed at our disposal, the pool and spa were at a perfect temperature upon our arrival the owners of the property were very accommodating.we were never bothered by the owners even though they were close by, they sat back and let us enjoy there home We all enjoyed going to the beach and coming home to a little paradise it was like a beach of our own with out the sand I would highly recommend this vacation home and hope to return some day.

Our party of 13 extended family vacation was quite comfortable in this spacious home. We swam daily and loved the pool and pool grounds. The pool really is as good as it looks. We loved jumping off the cliff and the waterfall. It was clean and beautiful. The a/c went out making it quite warm upstairs at night but we made do. The owners were friendly and acquainted us to everything we needed in the house. Despite being outside of San Diego proper, we found the commute to attractions reasonable and easy.

Pictures tell the story of this property. House is spacious and very comfortable for small or larger groups. Kitchen is well stocked and having towels provided for backyard pool or trips to beach was very convenient. This was actually our family's first vacation using VRBO or any other rental site as we typically stayed in resorts. We could not have had a better first experience than staying at this Tropical Paradise. The pool, hot tub, trampoline and general landscaping were amazing and provided our family a lot of great memories. Overall though it is Michelle and John that make this a must rent. They are very attentive to needs of their guests and really get satisfaction by allowing other family's to enjoy the paradise they have built.

I took a group of 4 adults and 4 children ranging from 18 months to 8 years to San Diego for mid winter break. We're from Washington state and it has done nothing but rain for eons it seems. The house was a perfect fit with the four bedrooms and three baths upstairs and one bath downstairs. The kiddos absolutely loved their time in the pool, it couldn't have been a more perfect fit for us as far as location too. It was about 45 minutes or so to all the places we went. Mission San Luis Rey, Seaward, Legoland, Wildlife Safari, and the San Diego Zoo. The house is warm, inviting and comfortable. John and Michelle were more than delightful in every aspect. They are gracious, welcoming and were easy to talk with about how to manage the house and make sure the pool and spa were ready to use whenever we wanted them. I would recommend their house to any family group that wants a central location, a place to fix some meals, have laundry facilities available (means less clothing to pack), and really just want to relax and enjoy themselves. Thank you John and Michelle for helping us have a wonderful vacation.

We had 4 adults & 4 children ages 6 mo.- 10yrs. We all had plenty of room and were well taken care of by John & Michelle. The home is large with plenty of bathrooms & space to stretch out. The house is in a great neighborhood with short drives to everything we were there to see. By far, the best part of the home is their pool area. Our kids couldn't spend enough time in the pool/hot tub. We cooked, hung out, and enjoyed the sunny weather and Michelle made sure all our needs were met, and then some. For those of you curious about the owners being on the property don't worry they couldn't be nicer & you never know their around unless you need something. Overall a great trip and a great property to stay in. Thanks again to John & Michelle for opening their home to us, we had a great time.

This was the best trip the family has had. The property was beautiful, the kids has a great time! Would stay here again in a second!

There were 6 adults & 8 children (ranging in age from 12 to 2) in our group. The home had plenty of room for all (very comfy beds) & so much to do right there on the property without even leaving to explore San Diego. A fantastic pool area, in-ground trampoline, pool table, legos & train tracks galore, and a huge aquarium that kept the kiddos mesmerized all day! The pool, of course, is the main attraction. Everyone in our group enjoyed it immensely-diving, racing in the kayak, swimming until they were water-logged and just playing in the kiddie area with little pool toys. John and Michele were excellent hosts and made sure that we had the best of times while we there!
