Stunning Views, 2 BR 2 BA Convenient to UO, Autzen and The Springs

Very friendly and accommodating! Would have loved to get to know them a bit better based on some of the items they had in the space.

There were so many extra details such as a welcome apple muffin. Everything you would possibly need was there, such as bandaids and filtered water in the refrigerator. Our host checked in with us to make see if we had any questions. The place was very clean. We enjoyed our stay.

Very very unique isolated mountain view.The full size kitchen has everything that you could possibly need to prepare a meal and than some.The gift basket had a variety of coffee and other breakfast goodies. The entire place from the kitchen to the bathroom is very color coordinated. Would very much chose this property again.

The pictures don’t do justice to this property. It is tucked away in a lovely serene neighborhood that is close to stores, restaurants and other necessities. We booked it for our stay during the USATF National Championships at Hayward stadium, and I’m glad we did. Vickie was very courteous and responsive, and all the details and house information are clearly provided. The bed is super comfortable and the shower is relaxing. If you plan to be in Eugene or close by, this is a must stay.

A tranquil and ideal retreat with very considerate hosts. Highly recommend.

We had an incredible weekend staying here. The location was extremely convenient and felt like an escape, the views were incredible. The welcome basket was a nice little treat as well. Our host was more than accommodating and was quick to respond to any questions we had. We will definitely be wanting to stay here the next time we are in town.

Beautiful area, weather, home & wonderful location. The host, Vickie, was friendly, accommodating and was there to help in any way we might need. We (there were 4 of us) stayed 5 days & wish it was much longer. We will definitely plan on renting again in the near future!

This incredible stay started with a thoughtful, warm, welcoming host communication that made our arrival seamless. The views from the living room are spectacular with super comfortable beds in each room. My morning runs were spectacular, being only .5miles from a gorgeous trail loop. Great neighbors , quite locale, easy access parking. We’ll be back.

Clean, well appointed apartment below owners home in a quiet neighborhood up on a hill. We wanted to stay in the area to visit family nearby so we only were in the rental at night and to relax having morning coffee but all was very comfortable and easy. Vickie was responsive and gracious (there was a thoughtful welcome basket on the kitchen table). We would certainly stay again.

This charming guest house had everything we needed. Comfy bed, clean and well appointed kitchen and bathroom. Great out door spaces with views and convenient parking. Easy access from highway and to shopping. Vicky our host was lovely and a pleasure to meet. Hope to return someday.

I was impressed by this home the moment I opened the door. This is a stunning home and everything about it is beautiful! The interior decor is elegant and I’m under the impression that it is Oriental. From the furniture to the beddings all come together for a beautiful and calming stay after a very long drive. This home has a lovely and spacious balcony with gorgeous verdant views. This is such an exquisite home; so far one of the best vacation rentals I’ve stayed in.

We were dropping our daughter off at tge U of Oregon. We did not want to stay in the limited choices of hotels. We knew it was a small space. The parking was just fine and we had a large SUV. Easy path to follow to the space. Beautiful space with beautiful floor's and nice living space separate from bedroom and kitchen. Nice welcome basket with Keurig coffee pods, bottles of water and a few other things. Then you get the peaceful outdoior space which is nice to go out and enjoy the valley view. By the way a great carrot cake was waiting for us. We were only there at night, but you could go to the game and get to a peaceful place. Vicki was very helpful and cordial. I could not find a way to make the house cooler when i was sleeping, but i opened a window and that was fine. Really recommend for coupkes who are hiking, enjoyinga a game or visiting the campus.

Loved the small touches and check in basket. Close to Hayward field and easy access to food and groceries. Porch was a an amazing bonus
