Stunning Three Story PCB House - Pool - Pet Friendly - Gulf Views

While it was a pretty house, the floors on the first day there left your feet black and dirty. It was as if they hadn't been mopped etc. The downstairs bedroom had a very strong musty smell and the lights didn't work. The second floor bathroom, the bathtub needed to be cleaned a little better. However - it is in a great location as you are close to everything.

I rented this particular place due to it saying their was a gulf view from the balconies, there was no view of the gulf from the second story balcony and a very small view (between hotels) from the third story balcony. The floors made your feet black if you didn’t wear shoes inside and the balconies were literally caked with built up dirt. The couch cushions were very stained and dirty. It is a very nice ly structured townhouse with a great layout for everyone. Just felt like I way overpaid for what I got and expected! May want to check into a different cleaning service.

Loved the vacation. I would have only changed one thing, ….to stay longer. Very spacious house. Wonderful nautical decor. Privacy on each floor for every one as needed. Everyone had a great time and the beach access was amazing. The pool was directly across from the house so we stayed in the pool most of the mornings and afternoon when not on the beach. I used the balconies to keep an eye on the pool when the kids were there. Everyone had fun and really liked the location. Close to everything such as Dolly’s Pirate Theater, Pier Park and Magaritaville. We plan to return next year.

Roomy and clean. Each floor has the perfect blend for privacy and family engagement. I loved the balconies and pool. The beach was spectacular and the house location made it so very convenient to walk from beach to restaurants. Jo was spectacular and gave us the best vacation ever. Thanks

This is my third vacation at this beach house. I love the location and everything about this place. Great beach and pool. I will be back for a fourth time.

3rd Vacation @ Anchors Away. Spring Break 2026. Love the house, location and amenities. Great pool. Clean house. Dolly Parton’s Pirates Voyage theatre just minutes away. House is close to everything fun, most importantly, a great beach. People watch, and oversee the pool activities from your balconies. We will return again in spring break for sure.

I’ve travelled lots and used many vrbo over time and this was by far the best. The owners don’t go cheap with the furniture and utensils and their home definitely feels like a home away from home. Very comfortable, spacious, plenty of room for a family to spread out and get time to selves yet spend time together when desired. Owners also very timely with communication responses and questions. The location is 10/10Close to beach and downtown area. Can’t wait to return to this property again sometime in future!

We spent a lot of time relaxing in all the wonderful places this property offers! Outside spaces as well as inside. We had 7 people with plenty of room to spread out. We had meals out and made meals in its well equipped kitchen too! We were able to walk to most of the places we went. Fun week had by all!

We loved our vacation at PCB. The house was great and as described. The location was the best we ever had at the beach. Our rescue dogs loved the house and the beach. The bedroom and beds were perfect. We were central to Frank Brown Park and Pier Park. Everyone had a great time and we will return.

This property was neatly tucked down a side street away from the hustle and bustle of city traffic! However, it was most convenient to shopping, dining, activities, and the beach! Jo, the property owner, was always friendly and readily accessible. The property was as represented and was clean and ready to go when we arrived! Truly a great vacation getaway! Thanks, Jo!
