Stayed Aug 3, 2025This house is amazing! Newly renovated in 2025, the kitchen and living areas were beautiful and well stocked with everything we needed (including a pot big enough to cook our own lobsters), the bathroom and laundry areas were perfect, and there is an upstairs balcony and a lower covered porch with plenty of seating to allow for great sunrise views over the bay. There was a grill and fire pit as well. We had ten people total in our two families and could not have asked for a better house for our trip to Maine. Would easily stay there again. And the communication and check-in / check-out process was a breeze.
