Stayed Jun 11, 2026Beautiful property in a great location. Terrific communication and flexibility of the hosts made for a great stay. The twin in the third space is a small sofa, so better suited for a smaller adult or child. Lots of stairs so if anyone has a mobility issue this is not the place - but for us it was ideal! We celebrated our UW Graduate and had a memorable time.

Stayed Jun 18, 2025Loved the view from the rooftop deck! Close to downtown but not too close. We were able to take scooters! Beds were comfy and master bathroom was amazing. Coffee was provided. Easy to check-in. Parking space was a little tight but not a problem.

Stayed Apr 4, 2025Really nice townhouse, well equipped kitchen, laundry, baths, and very friendly hosts. As the other reviews and description share, this is a new townhouse with 3 stories and a rooftop patio. Climbing stairs is part of the charm, only an issue for those who aren’t able to climb one or two flights. Our dog and baby were easy to care for, and no hairs or doggy smell like some pet friendly homes. We look forward to returning!

Stayed Mar 9, 2025The property was very clean, had everything we needed and the rooftop patio was wonderful. What a great view of the space needle and downtown at night. The location of Eastlake is great, its 3 miles from every part of Seattle I wanted to visit and experience with my teenagers. The reserved parking spot was nice and there are places to walk too to eat, get coffee or even walk down to the lake.

Stayed Oct 4, 2024We chose this location because of its proximity of Washington stadium and the sail gating expedition we chose to go on. The house was in the perfect location. We did not know that there were restaurants, bakeries, a bodega all within walking distance. A broad selection of things to do in walking distance. The house itself was excellent. Very clean and had everything we needed. Host was very prompt responding to question and concerns. I will highly recommend this location to others in the future.
