This house was great! Paul was very communicative. Everything was clean and there was so much space. The backyard was beautiful. Hot tub and pool were clean. Neighborhood was quiet and we were able to easily drive to restaurants and grocery stores. Thanks for a great stay!

The house is well equipped, spacious, and comfortable. Host was very responsive. It was super rainy while we were there which is definitely unusual and there was some minor flooding in the backyard. We did encounter a scorpion inside but that was likely due to the rain and is an unusual occurrence.

Property was gorgeous and displayed as advertised. The host was excellent with communication and in a timely manner. Our check in was simple and no complications. Home was clean and close in proximity to events planned. We felt comfortable and safe in the neighborhood. Enjoyed my stay and will absolutely book again!!!!

A very comfortable home with a lovely backyard with a pool and hot tub. Property manager was most helpful and thoughtful and met our needs as quickly as possible.

From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless. Check-in was a breeze thanks to the clear layout and easy-to-follow instructions provided by the host. The house was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need—every detail was thoughtfully considered, making it feel just like home. It's great when property owners stock the things that guests will actually need. Paul has clearly given this some thought, and it is much appreciated. Communication was a piece of cake, and Paul was very accommodating.

Great house in a quiet neighborhood but close to shopping. My kids (14,12,10) loved the pool. Check in and check out process was super easy. We would definitely stay again.

Excellent house, great location!!

We stayed at this home for spring break get away. Our plans were to play golf, take in a spring training game, and a NBA game. The house was comfortable and the location was great for our plans. In between our planned activities and when we were at the house, we were able to have a family putting competition, utilize the pool and hot tub, plus shoot a bit of billiards. While we didn't really need to contact the owner about anything, he checked in with us to make sure everything was good. He was just a phone/text away!

Great house with terrific amenities. House was very clean and perfectly set up for guests. All the necessary kitchen and bath supplies, including towels, were provided. Host was extremely responsive and made our stay very enjoyable.

Our family of four stayed for five nights and the house fit us perfectly and was well stocked for what we needed. Paul was great at communicating and taking care of any of our needs.

This property is laid out very well for a family with plenty of room. The pool, hot tub and putting green in the backyard are wonderful. We stayed in December and still enjoyed using all the outdoor amenities. The location is great - convenient and easy to get to restaurants, shopping, museums, etc. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful.

House is as advertised, very clean, well equipped and comfortable. My family loved every minute of our stay. Owner was excellent, check in was easy and made sure we had everything we needed. We have stayed in many properties and this was one of the most cozy and comfortable homes we have stayed in. Back yard, pool and spa are also very nice. Highly recommend!

Paul communicated with us from day one. I booked last minute and he went out of his way to have his home ready for us when we arrived. The house was fully stocked with laundry detergent, paper products, kitchen items, shampoo, etc… I have never stayed in a home that had as much as this home did! The pool and hot tub were wonderful. I barely left the house as I didn’t want to leave that area. It was so relaxing. He even provides an outdoor speaker to use! The neighborhood was very quiet. We really enjoyed ourselves.
