Outstanding place and host! Very nice, comfortable house and accommodations were spot on. Would definitely stay again!

House clean and quiet, comfortable beds, very well-stocked kitchen (K-cups, Nespresso pods, AND a French press!). Coffee by the pool while watching the mountains change color as the sun came up and the desert birds sang each morning was magical. We loved being able to walk to Old Town La Quinta for breakfast at Yes, Please! and dinner at Enzo's. The pool was welcome and refreshing during the 100 degree heat wave our first week. Our host was always quickly responsive to our questions. We're already planning our return trip.

We had a wonderful stay, especially my 85 year old mum. The layout of the house was perfect for our group and we loved strolling the neighborhood. We were close to everything and would definitely seek out this rental again the future. The house was spotless and the amenities were great. The host was also very communicative.

This property is in a quiet neighborhood and is in a perfect location very close to all the shops and restaurants in the Village of La Quinta. The house is spacious and well-appointed, with bonus points for having french doors leading out to both the front and back patios to enjoy the great weather. The house was spotlessly clean, communication with Colleen was easy, and check in/out was seamless. Would definitely stay again, in fact I've already booked the house again for next year.

Property is really nice and quiet, when we got there there was ants on the kitchen counter and we kept finding old grapes on the floor like underneath the chairs, other than that it was really nice for a little staycation.

This home could not be more perfect! Well appointed and stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Location is fantastic, walking distance to Old Town. The pool is the perfect size and temperature, and the property is very private and tranquil. You really do feel like you’re in a desert oasis all your own. Colleen was a fabulous host, great communication and ease of check in/out. We are so happy to have discovered this gem and cannot wait to come back : )

We take our dogs out of the war zone for 4th of July. This house was very nice. Big and clean. It has everything you need. Other than a couple idiots launching illegal M80s, it was very quiet. Host was very responsive. It was quite hot, which was expected.

Great trip - great place to stayWas a little concerned with the pool maybe being smal but it was perfect.

Coming back to this property for the second time and it was just as wonderful as we remembered. Big enough that everyone can disperse to their own space but small enough that it’s cozy. Love the amenities everything you need is already there and the house is immaculate. Great communication from the owner not a lot of legwork has to be done when you leave. Great neighborhood great location. LOVE the pool.

Good neighborhood, excellent floor plan, very clean and the kitchen has everything you need to make meals. It was one of the nicer homes we’ve stayed in using VRBO.

Loved the layout and the style of the villa. Mountain View’s are stunning. Colleen’s paintings are beautiful and set the Santa Fe atmosphere. Convenient location and quiet neighborhood We didn’t use the pool or do any meal prep but thank you for the Keurig machine. Liked those comfy beds as well.

We really liked the property and its proximity to Old Town.

Perfect location for our mini family reunion to celebrate a milestone birthday. Ample accommodations to host family. Kitchen was well stocked, lots of space for different activities and the ability to walk to Old Town La Quinta for shopping, restaurants, the Sunday Farmers market and the Saturday Art Fair. Too cold to use the pool but still pleasant to sit by and relax.

This property is not only beautiful, clean, and stocked with everything you would need for a comfortable stay and home cooked meal, but it is a PERFECT location to old town. A few houses in from the main road and just two blocks away from restaurants, shops, and cafes. The restaurant recommendations were great, especially Lavender Bistro. If you have a pet there is a beautiful park just across the street from the neighborhood, mere steps away. We loved our experience and highly recommend!

My daughter and I spent 2 nights in this gem and loved it. We were in the area for work and wished we would have stayed here for the entire time instead of moving to the local resort where the conference was being held. The location is fantastic and within walking to great shops and restaurants. The pool was perfect given the daily temp was upwards of 110 degrees (a previous review mentioned lack of pool towels, but there are pool towels in the laundry room above the dryer). We are already planning a return trip with friends in 2025. Thank you Colleen for a wonderful place to stay!
