Stunning Sandpiper Bay Home. Heated Pool and Spa.

We had a great stay. Spacious pool home was well stocked with everything and more, especially if you have a baby/toddler. Love the layout of the home and being able to see the pool. Excellent communication and responsiveness from host. There's a guidebook with information and local recommendations.

We loved the pool and hot tub and Colin was great when we had any questions.

Check-in was a breeze and the kitchen area was great everything we needed to prepare meals and eat. There is always room for improvement like having a TV in every bedroom and detachable showerheads. But overall this place is awesome for a family big or small. I really give it a 4.5 stars

We only had a short stay, but were totally impressed. The home is just like the photos and that made us feel right at home. Check in was a breeze, as we walked in it was early evening and the pool was glistening with the pool lights already on. Once we got unloaded it was time for a dip in the oh so lovely pool and the spa. Easy to use with the clear instructions provided, the spa soon heated and we enjoyed the evening in there with good levels of privacy from the planting around the pool. AC is good and powerful and there was plenty of hot water for our showers. The kitchen was very well equipped and had all late model stainless appliances, there seemed more than enough crockery and flatware for 6, probably 12 or more. The bedrooms 1 and 2 look out over the pool which is awesome and all the beds we tried were very comfortable. We did not want to leave this beautiful house on the lovely quiet street, i am sure we will return.

Needs new carpet paint. Overall comfortable beds great couches. Kitchen equipped okay for most people.

We had a great experience. The house was clean, beds were comfortable! The pool was so nice! Wish we had more time to spend at this house. The owner was so quick to respond to any questions. Plenty of towels and room for everyone. I would highly recommend!

Great location, nice layout of the house. Very quick response from Colin. Listing is misleading. House is in need of updates and care. House was not very clean. I’ll list a few things as I’m not looking to bash anyone but I have to be honest. Carpet had stains and was worn out. Tiles missing in pool area. Broken glass block in hot tub. Dryer keeps spinning when door is open to check on clothes. Front door rotted and loose. Driveway cracked and very uneven and was a major tripping hazard. Mold on front windows. Yard overgrown and needs attention. Bottom line is the house is in a dire need of an update. Listing called it stunning but the stunning part was how beat upthe house was.

The house was perfectly located for where we wanted to be. Close to family and friends and all of our favorite restaurants. The pool and spa were our favorite spot for the two weeks. The house had everything we needed as far as bedrooms and kitchen necessities. There was only one larger beach towel, so it was a good thing that some of us brought them. We found the 500 pc. puzzles and did put them together in the evening. Thank you!

My family and I went to Florida the week of Christmas. We had a great time staying at Colin and Andrea’s place. Everything was just like home and the beds were comfortable. It was nice sitting on the patio for breakfast in the morning. If we come back to Florida next year, we will know where to stay. The Blackstones

Great stay even though not original property rented. Owners were very very nice for options.Place was very nice and Neighbors next door was really great. Will rent again for sure! Kudos to Colin and Andrea and Thank you!

This house was everything we needed for a fun and relaxing weekend. It is clean and spacious. The covered patio and pool, plus jacuzzi was the best. The area is quiet and so are we. The neighbors were friendly on our very first day. Shopping os pretty close ans restaurants. The hosts Colin and Andrea responds quickly to any questions or problems. We would love to stay her again. The house is well appointed with pretty much everything you will need such as paper priducts, appliances (both a coffee pot and a Kureg), toaster, blender, etc which is great. The pool is great and has a fence if you have little ones. The primary bedroom is across the house from the other two bedrooms which is good for quiet if your family likes to go to bed at different times. I think the best part about this house though is the location. Very close to Hwy 1 and everything you will need during your stay. Communication with the owners is great and check in/check out super easy. All in all, a great home and a great stay.
