The living room is the perfect spot to unwind after a day in the sun, featuring a massive 70-inch flat-screen TV, board games, and a shuffleboard table for some friendly competition.

Our fully equipped kitchen is a foodie's dream, complete with new appliances, a refrigerator with filtered water and ice maker, and all the cooking essentials you need to whip up a feast for family and friends. From our K-cup machine and French press for the perfect cup of java in the morning to a blender for those refreshing frozen cocktails, we've got you covered.

Dining at Home - Indoor or Outdoor Your Choice!
When it's time to dine, take your pick from two separate dining areas - one inside and one outside - each with seating for eight. Drinkware and dinnerware are provided for your convenience (plastic only when outside, please!), and we even throw in a starter supply of paper towels, napkins, and cleaning supplies to make your stay as stress-free as possible.

Sleeping in Comfort:
Our three-bedroom split-floor plan offers the ultimate in privacy and comfort, with a smart TV in each room so you can kick back and relax in your own space. Each room includes blackout curtains so you can sleep in and unwind. For those who need to stay plugged in, USB chargers are on the bedside lamps for your convenience.

** The primary bedroom - aka The Tesoro Suite - is a haven of tranquility with a plush king-size memory foam bed, en-suite bathroom with a large glass-enclosed walk-in shower, and sliding glass door access to the pool area. The first-aid kit is located in the primary bathroom.

** The Palm Room boasts a comfy queen-size bed, memory foam mattress, and ample storage space. A full-size aerobed is available for use that is stored in the closet.

** The Boho Room offers a comfortable queen-size pillow-top mattress, plenty of closet space, and also features a twin cabinet bed with a memory foam mattress.

️ Our Outdoor Oasis - Pool Time:
But that's just the beginning! Outside, you'll find a fully fenced backyard with a curved, uniquely shaped pool that's perfect for soaking up the Florida sunshine or taking a refreshing dip. The pool is heated for your comfort, and there's seating all around the interior so everyone can lounge together. Equipped with sail shades, you can dip into the pool, bask in the sun, or chill out in the shade - the choice is yours. You'll also love the furnished and shaded outdoor lounge and dining areas, complete with ceiling fans. NOTE: if you have small children, we have a pool fence that can be installed prior to your arrival. Please let us know in advance, so we can prepare for your stay.

Enjoy Conversation Around the Fire Pit: Get cozy and let the stories flow as the flames dance, casting a warm glow on the faces of those you cherish most. Our tiki torches not only light up the night but also keep those critters at bay, so you can focus on making memories without the itchy aftermath. Swing into relaxation mode in our hammock. Indoor and Outdoor Fun: Let the games begin! Challenge your crew to a friendly game of cornhole or giant Jenga for some outdoor fun. For the young and young at heart, we also offer shuffleboard inside and board games to keep the friendly competition going.

Dogs are Welcome: We're delighted to have you and your dogs as our guests. To ensure a comfortable and safe stay for everyone, we kindly ask that you adhere to a few simple dog-specific rules. These rules are in place to maintain a clean and enjoyable environment for everyone.

** a) Maximum of Two (2) Dogs: We love including our canine friends in vacations too. Due to our insurance policy, we have a limit of two (2) dogs allowed per stay.

** b) Responsible Dog Owners. Please be sure to pick up after your dog in the yard and dispose of their waste in the black trash bin located on the side of the house. Doggy waste bags are conveniently provided to make this task easy and hygienic.

** c) Protecting the Furniture: We understand that your pups love to be comfortable, and we want them to feel at home too. To protect our couches from pet hair and dirt, we kindly request that you place the blue waterproof pet blankets provided on the couch before allowing your pets to hop up. This will help us keep our furniture in great condition for all our guests.

** d) Non-Refundable Pet Fee: Please be aware that there is a non-refundable pet fee per dog, per stay - much cheaper than boarding! This fee is essential for deep cleaning and sanitization after each pet visit. It ensures that our home remains fresh and inviting for both pet and non-pet guests alike.
