    This property was delightful! I cannot say enough about the location, which is ideal for commuting to any of the western suburbs, and in my case, to Boulder. The property itself is spacious, stylishly decorated, and spotlessly clean, with all the amenities a traveler would require. Check in, check out and interim access were all simple and intuitive. In all, an excellent short-term rental, which I will certainly rent again in the future.

    We had an excellent experience with this rental - one of the best we’ve had. The pictures don’t do justice to the feeling of space and the high level of design. This place is incredibly comfortable, well equipped, well designed and furnished, and cozy. We enjoyed lazing on the large sofa. The location is great as it’s off a busy road but far enough back to have a neighborhood feel, and we walked to multiple restaurants. If you like breakfast Early Bird is excellent. Amenities like shopping are a short drive away. Brad was a great host and very responsive. An all around great experience!

    The condo was beautiful, quiet and comfortable! It had everything I needed and was within walking distance of Whole Foods, restaurants and stores. The host was responsive and very friendly! Access to the condo was easy and parking was right out in front. I would highly recommend this place and will definitely stay again the next time I’m in town.

    We really enjoyed our time here! The description and photos of this place are very accurate. Everything was clean. The host was extremely responsive and even came by to drop off a couple of items we asked about. Neighborhood is a neat mix of housing and businesses. You can walk to Whole Foods and a few restaurants in just a few minutes. Would definitely stay here again.

    My daughter and I stayed here on a visit to the area. The property is very convenient to Boulder and Denver. The check in was easy, the property was clean and as described. The location is safe and on-street parking was never an issue. I would highly recommend this property and hope to stay here again!

    The condo was well located , close to both Denver and Boulder. The condo has three flights of stairs so may not be good for persons with mobility problems but that aside, it was a beautiful to stay.

    came for the brandi carlile show @red rocks. this vrbo was in a nice quiet community, walkable neighborhood, easy drive to the show. place itself was clean &quiet, bed was comfortable, shower was hot. had a nice desk/workspace on the upper level that we didn’t use but could see someone traveling for work appreciating it. would recommend to others.
