Stayed Aug 2, 2025We had a great family vacay in this well appointed ocean view villa. Photos are very accurate. Well stocked w/ most all essentials. From the pool to putting green to rooftop terrace all enjoyed the comfortable space perfect for our party of 2 adults, 16, 14 & 10yo kids. We very much appreciated the use of the 6 seater golf cart and airport txfr with pre-arranged stop for groceries. The whole team incl our concierge, Carlos, took excellent care of us with all arrangements from golf to pvt chef service for an arrival Appe/Dinner and Sat brunch. He also provided info for all excursions. We had a great time boating to Balandra Beach. We had a couple issues outside the owner’s control with area-wide power outages for a few nights in the PM and the AC unit but Carlos and the team responded immediately and provided us with flashlights although thankfully we didn’t need to use them! Maintenance came immediately for AC svc. We had more than enough towels and other essentials. For me the bed was comfortable though firm. Pillows were a little too soft though I found firmer pillows in one of the other bedrooms. None of this impacted our stay - pers. pref. Reg. the prop., you will appreciate the golf cart. There is shuttle service but having the cart incl was a BIG plus. Taxi svc into town was min 100 RT so plan accordingly. Investment opp is opt and was prof & low pressure. Great trip! Would absolutely return. You won’t be disappointed -just plan needs ahead as it’s 45m -1hr from town.
