This house was perfect for celebrating my parent's 60th wedding anniversary. The house layout was fantastic and the kitchen and wet bar were stocked very well with everything we needed for cooking our meals. Both of the property managers were super responsive and fantastic to work with on any questions we had during our stay. We would absolutely love to come stay again!

The seven of us had a great visit in the Splendor. The location is great, view AMAZING, and the weather was perfect. Hot tub a plus. Kitchen had everything we needed but baking sheet. Second refrigerator in the garage a big plus.There were few things we thought could be better but the view trumped it all.What we wished it had:Dimmers in main living space and game room. Easy fix.Bright lights only. Game room has Murphy bed with no lamp or bedside light. Bright overhead lights! Sitting around the nice big table at night would be better if lights could be adjusted.East facing King bedroom very small with transom window and see through shades. If you like waking up at 6 from the sunshine, it's a great room for you.

Absolutely beautiful. Better than we imagined. Everything was perfect. The hot tub was a hit with everyone. It was bigger than we had thought. Great location to exploring the Oregon coast.

Great location to beach access, casino, groceries, etc. fully stocked for all conveniences and entertainment. Had a great memorial weekend, relaxing in hot tub and room for everyone for family games with Gorgeous views. Didn’t hurt than the weather was perfect too. Thank you for sharing your rental property. I’m sure we’ll be back.

This was a great hosting house to have people in for refeahment during our casino events.

Stayed here for my 40th bday and it was spectacular! We’ve been here before so we knew what to expect and like always everything is top notch.

6 adults were all very comfortable in this home. Stunning ocean views. Whales and Sea lions passing by. Very comfortable beds.

This is the second time that we have stayed at this property. The house is set up great for everyone to be comfortable. It is also walking distance to the Chinook Winds Casino and all the dining there as well. I would recommend this place for anyone that wants to have a nice time in Lincoln City. Five stars!!

We had a small family gathering at Chinook winds on Tuesday and just hung out with family the rest of the time!
