Stunning Ocean Views, Spacious 6BR En Suite, Large Balcony! Ping Pong/Foosball!

We took our family for a long weekend and everything was wonderful and as described. Beautiful home with lots of space.

The Princess and the Sea is an absolutely spectacular beach house! Our entire group genuinely loved every second of our week long stay! We thoroughly enjoyed and utilized all 3 amazing beachfront decks, all 6 spacious bedrooms, the extra long dining table, the separate game table, the ground floor swinging chairs, the well stocked kitchen & laundry room, and the super comfortable living space! Standouts for this house were the hammock, the music system, the bunk room for all ages, extra frig space and the 2 ridiculously comfy recliners that we wanted to bring home with us! The house is perfectly located far enough away from the beach to enjoy every bit of the beauty without hearing the occasional beach traffic. This beautiful home at the beach truly helped make our stay extra enjoyable! A huge thank you to our host Melinda for all of her help and going the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed on our amazing vacation!

This place was fantastic, clean, good location and comfortable for a large group. The host was very responsive only communicated what was necessary and never nagging in their communication. Leaving us to enjoy this wonderful home.

The house was absolutely perfect! It had everything we needed and more. I especially loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The view was stunning. Melinda responded to every question I had almost instantly. If you’re looking for a great spot on the beach with beautiful views of the Gulf, The Princess and the Sea is your place!

The Princess and the Sea Beach House truly deserves a 5-star rating! Every bedroom had its own private bath and beautiful balcony with breathtaking views. Parking was never an issue—we comfortably parked 8 vehicles with room to spare.There’s an awesome game room that kept both kids and adults entertained. The gourmet kitchen is a chef’s dream and fully stocked with everything you could imagine—Melinda left nothing out, from toasters and mixers to gorgeous serving dishes. There were plenty of kitchen and bathroom towels, dual washers and dryers, and even an extra refrigerator for additional storage.Outside amenities were just as impressive, with a great smoker and fire pit—the list honestly goes on and on. Melinda also checked in several times to make sure everything was going smoothly and reminded us to reach out if we needed anything, which made our stay even better.If you’re looking for the perfect place for a beach getaway, this is absolutely the place to stay!

This house was the perfect size for us. Room for everyone, and the number of bathrooms made it perfection! There was great communication before, during, and even after. I knew that if I needed anything, I would get a quick response. The house was clean, but some trash was missed in the bathrooms from the previous guests. That wasn't a big deal, just odd. The kitchen had everything we needed to have a couple of meals on beach days during the week, and that was very appreciated! It was a longer trip to the beach than we hoped for, but still not bad. It's a 5-7 minute walk, so we just loaded up together and took a vehicle so that no one had to carry all of our beach gear. The house is seriously ideal for a family trip, and we would definitely stay here again!

We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful gulf-front beach house! It provided more than enough space for our group of family and friends to relax, reconnect, and make unforgettable memories to celebrate our daughter's graduation. Every corner of the house was thoughtfully designed and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and stress-free vacation.Though it is a very short walk to the beach, one of the highlights was having the golf cart—such a fun and convenient way to get to the shore! It made our beach days even more enjoyable and easy, especially with kids and gear in tow. The home itself is spacious and welcoming, with stunning views and plenty of areas to gather or find a quiet moment. Communication with the host was truly top-notch—they were responsive, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure our stay was perfect from start to finish.We loved every minute of our stay and will definitely recommend this gem to anyone looking for a relaxing, beachside escape. Kudos to the host who made my daughter's milestone a memory to cherish forever!

I host an annual mother-daughter trip each year and this house fit the bill in all areas. Spacious rooms, great location, wonderful views and each bedroom with its own bathroom was a HUGE plus. That is what sold me on this home. It was beautiful, had all of the necessities that we needed and was just perfect for us! We will return again.

The house was amazing! Felt like home from the moment we stepped in. The layout is perfect for family get togethers including cooking dinners together to playing games. We had a group of 12 including 3 children and we all fit comfortably and each family had their own private space. The views from the deck are breathtaking and the hosts were very responsive and checked on us a few times to make sure everything was going well! Would definitely recommend this property for your next vacation stay!

We surprised my husband with a surprise birthday getaway with all the children and grandchildren. The home had plenty of room for everyone. The views were amazing and there was plenty of seating for us to comfortably all gather together. Everyone had a wonderful time!

There were nine adult-sized people staying in the house, and it was perfect as far as number and size of bedrooms. That each had its own bathroom was fantastic. Property manager was very helpful and responsive when we had a little trouble with the thermostat. Loved the balconies and game room. Our only nitpick/suggestion would be to have more dishwasher detergent available. It’s a negligible expense and effort that has an outsized positive impact.

The home fit perfectly for our multi-generational gathering. From grandparents to teens/toddler, there was a place for everyone to be comfortable and have fun. We love to cook when we are all together and the kitchen allowed for multiple people to work at the same time. I suggest a golf cart to transport people and beach stuff, and of course to enjoy riding up and down the beach. Thank you for a wonderful week... lots of memories were made and we hope to stay again!

Rented this house to celebrate our parents 50th wedding anniversary and it was the perfect location. All the grandchildren shared a room and all three of my siblings and their spouses had their own room and bathroom. We had some extended family and close friends stop by one afternoon and everyone commented on how nice the place was. The weather wasn't the best but the house was large enough that everyone had plenty of room to move about. Kitchen and bedrooms were laid out perfect.

Beautiful propety, and so much space for everyone. The pictures do not do it justice. Well stocked, and was a great location. Will book again if I have the chance!

Great, beautiful house with terrific view and plenty of sleeping space. We loved having a ‘en-suite bathroom for every room during our family reunion. The covered porch was a life saver for energetic kids during rainy days. The only negative was the recent rains contaminated the beach and brought out swarms of mosquitoes though I feel all of Galveston island area was in the same predicament. Hosts were prompt communicators. Large kitchen had just about everything you could ask for!
