Stunning Ocean Views from this Bayshore Home Across the Street from Beach!

It was a beautiful and comfortable home to stay in. We loved that it was dog friendly. Close to the beach and a beautiful neighborhood.

Property is very dated. We had no hot water in one shower. Maintenance person was timely. They could use new towels.

This is a great house. Great location. Nice quiet neighborhood. However, if I owned this house, I'd be upset by the lack of cleanliness. The owners stay in these homes as well. I wouldn't want to have to clean while I visited my own home. The hosting fee is ridiculous for the level of cleanliness. This is the 3rd home I've stayed in this year that has been dirty. I come often because I have property in South Beach that I'm working on. If the hosting company doesn't do bettet, I'll start my own company and offer deep cleaning to these owners! 3 times now, all dirty. What is the $700.00 hosting fee for, if it's dirty? It's bad business for the owner and the rental company. Dissapointed for myself and the owners.

Wonderful view- east beach access- house as expected and very comfortable.

Entry Code didn't work,lucky there was a electrician there trying to fix lights who give me a number to call. DVD player didn't work, internet went down, so no TV at all or computer. House was very worn and dirty, both showers water run everywhere. Most outdoor lights didn't work.Furniture very uncomfortable to watch TV and not enough sitting. The only thing going for this property was the ocean view.

Oh my, where to start? Ok, we give it 1.5/5 stars, but only because it has a great view and location/access to a beach and some decent TV access. It ended there. The -4 stars comes from the condition of the rental and it’s cleanliness, among other things. We get they take pets but this was awful. The photos do not tell the actual condition even closely. Here we go: filthy window tracks, grungy smells inside, filthy carpets, door tracks with framing falling apart, air fans filled with tears of thick dirt, dust and dog fur, no a/c, outdated manual for the stove, a dishwasher top rack that fell off its tracks EVERY TIME we opened it, mismatched kitchen amenities that thankfully we could supplement very dull knives, kitchen cabinets that were barely attached, a knee high microwave that was ready to fall out, a bathroom sink plunger that came out with black gunk all over it, a tub w/meager broken dollar tree kids toys and kites, a garage with rat poop in it and spiders everywhere, and awful mattresses. Be forewarned before booking: this place needs a deep clean and general maintenance. For Meredith: they responded to our requests, but never delivered. Paper towels provided were less than dollar tree sized and absorbent. Be sure and email with questions before booking!

This property is old and run down. The entire house needs to be re-floored and the walls in every room need to be painted. There was a squashed bug on the wall when we arrived, one of the beds did not have a blanket, the basement smells musty, one of the mattresses was so old and sunken in the middle it was unusable. I have stayed in a lot of rental homes and I am fine with things being dated but things in this home are dated and run down. For the price that is being charged per night, my expectations for a nicer condition home are reasonable. I complained to Meredith Lodging and in response they offered me $100 credit, which would necessitate me giving them more of my business. No thank you!

The house was in a great, quiet neighborhood. Beach access is across the street and made fir such an easy time for us especially our seven year old grandson. The home’s accommodations and features were just right!

There were no curtains - so we woke when the sun hit the windows.... 5am. Closet was locked, so there was nowhere to hang our clothing. The microwave was placed below the counter, so it was literally below knee level .

Overall we really enjoyed our stay here, beautiful view of the ocean and close enough to town. Very peaceful quiet neighborhood. The layout of the house is great, the appliances are a bit dated but still work good enough. My only criticism would be the condiotion of the pots and pans, we stayed clear of them
