The house was comfortable. You walk out the back door right onto the sand. Nice quiet neighborhood to take walks or ride your bike.

This property was more than expected in the best way! Loved being able to walk out the back door and be steps from the water...thats where the kids wanted to be anyway! Also was great to not be in a busy, tourist packed town. You are close enough to go do the tourist stuff in Newport, and can escape back to the peace and quiet of the amazing house. Would 100% stay again!!

Perfect for our family vacation. Enjoyed that the ocean was just a few steps from the house. The house was very clean and well stocked. Debbe was easy to communicate with.

This was our second year at Debbe's home over the 4th of July Holiday. Our granddaughters love the sandy expanse behind the house, the terrific view of fireworks on July 3rd, the beach toys and game table. This is a delightful spot for a family gathering. It is warm, inviting and clean. Debbe is a great host.

If you are looking for a beach house summer escape, this is the place. A short walk to the beach, this well-appointed house is the perfect place to enjoy time with family and/or friends. The open concept kitchen and living room has everything you need to stay connected while you prepare your meals. Little ones can play in the sand right outside the door where you can see them. This pet-friendly home allows you to bring your furry friends with you as long as they are behaved and you follow the rules. This is the perfect summer vacation home.

Great property

This was a wonderful house to stay at. It's located on the beach just a little walk through the grass and sand. We all had a great time fishing, boating, walking on the beach, and relaxing.

Nice house close to the water. Large kitchen, dining, living area. Comfy furniture and room for 8 to hang out comfortably. On the downside, the house is in need of a deep, thorough cleaning. When I removed the garbage disposal cover, there was a foul smell coming from it, so I put some baking soda and lemon in it which took care of the smell. The washing machine liquid detergent dispenser was clogged badly and did not dispense and had a foul smell to it, also had some mold in it so had to remove it completely and buy some powdered detergent. Overall, it was a great time with the family.

This was the perfect house for our week stay on the beach! Our kids loved having sand right out the back door, and we really liked them being able to play right there while making dinner or relaxing. Having the ocean so close is amazing! You can hear it from the back door and it's just a short walk from the house. We would definitely stay here again.

It was a beautiful house with plenty of room to make memories. We had a great time.

The house is perfect for a family gathering. The beach is gorgeous and uncrowded. Everything you need is provided from beach toys to cheese graters. Debbe is very responsive and always ready to make your stay special.

Host was helpful and flexed so we could have an extra day. The Oregon coast weather is iffy- the weather wasn't great while we were there but was good the last day, I appreciate the host letting us stay an additional night so we could enjoy the beach. House was clean and as pictured. No concerns, would stay here again.

We have stayed out this house 7 of the last 10 years. It is perfect for us. When our children were young, they played in the sand outside the back door. It is a short walk to the beach with miles of sand that is somehow not too busy. We love sitting on the nearly empty beach every night watching the sun set. The beds are comfortable. The house is cozy. I highly recommend spending your summer vacation in this home!
