Stunning Nolin Lake Luxury Cabin w/hot tub, fireplace, swingset, and more!

It checked all the boxes for our family. We were very pleased and it served us well. The only knock I would have is that the lake access is limited and difficult. We ended up driving to the local public access point.

Our stay was great! The house is spacious with lots of extra amenities! Fully stocked kitchen, lots of cookware and very clean. The air conditioning on the lower level stopped working, but Grace was quick to have it fixed! The adults were happy for that! We loved the fire pit, but the outdoor swings and chairs could use a little fixing. Overall a great stay!

The cabin was a wonderful cozy place to go to. It had everything that you need for a relaxed getaway.

The hot tub seemed to have bleach in it. It really had a strong smell but it was not chlorine or maybe it was a mixture. One bathing suit turned colors (bleached it out). There were things for little ones but one thing we would have liked to have was a gate to put across the bottom of the steps fir our one year old. but we managed. We would not have had to bring as much as we did because the house was so well stocked. The game room was wonderful. We had a three year old up to middle, high school, and college plus the adults and there were games we could all play with a great variety. We had so much fun in the game room. The one thing we really missed was access to the lake. That was disappointing. We knew it wasn’t on the lake but we were hopeful we could get there somehow. Overall our stay was great. Thank you.

Beautiful property with wonderful lake views. This property had everything you could ever think of and more. They had a small market with items such as tooth paste, smore’s kits, chargers, etc. Rooms were very spacious and the game room was a major bonus. It rained during our first day and we spent hours in the game room. Kitchen is well stocked and had everything you would find in your own home making cooking a breeze. Only negative during our stay is one of the bedrooms had dirty sheets from previous renters and we didn’t notice until it was time for bed. We alerted the owner who stated they wound let the cleaners know for future renters. Also, bugs is one of those things you would expect to see in a lake house but the windows facing the lake could use some picking up from time to time. We cleaned the dead mosquitos visible on the window ledge at the start of our stay. We also noticed the master bathroom was not cleaned. We saw visible pee marks on the floor. Luckily, homeowner had cleaning products available for use. Finding the property was an adventure but we were given clear instructions with pictures to help guide us. Follow the guide and you will not have any issues finding the house. Overall, this is a great property. Homeowner put a lot of thought into guest experience and ensuring you have everything you need. With the exception of the cleanliness, we would highly recommend and would stay again.

We had an EXCELLENT time celebrating my 30th birthday here! The property is very private, super spacious and beautifully decorated! It was also well stocked with everything we needed to cook and plenty of snacks! We struggled a tiny bit with getting the indoor fireplace on and operating the game machine upstairs, so some additional instructions would be great for the future! Check out was a breeze, we really appreciated the clear walk through and the spacious laundry room! Would highly recommend if you are looking for a woodsy get away! The nearby towns are small and close up relatively early, so it’s the perfect spot to stock up and hunker down! The hot tub and the swing fire pit are definitely highlights!!!

Rooms were really comfortable and the amenities were great; more than your typical house.

We very much enjoyed our stay. Kids loved the game room. Cabin nicely decorated. Toiletries supplied which was very appreciated. Gas fireplace was especially nice on our very cold night! We loved hiking down to the lake and walking along the shore. I would suggest getting some new skillets as the current ones are rusted and not usable.

We celebrated our family thanksgiving/Christmas celebration this weekend. 5 couples, 10 adults. Plenty of space and kitchen was fabulous for cooking our dinner. Highly recommended for entertaining. Would stay again if the situation came again.

This was a beautiful property! The beds were comfortable, plenty of kitchen items to make our own meals, we really enjoyed the firepit area and swings! We would return here in a heartbeat!

The house was perfect for our four couple get away. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes and pans. The firepit area is very nice.

We loved this VRBO. It is a beautiful house, with ample space and lovely deck. The layout was perfect for our needs. There are peek a boo views of the water from the deck. We met our sister and her family here. There were 4 adults and 5 youth. It was extremely well stocked. They had everything we needed and more. We really enjoyed walking down to the lake. It is situated in a cove so we were able to swim, float and fish. The hike down to the water is very steep, so it is not accessible to everyone, but our group managed without difficulty. Mammoth cave is 45 minutes away, which was a great activity, especially in the heat of summer. There is a marina, Moutardier marina, nearby as well that rents water crafts. It really was a great stay! Thanks for being a great host!

The house is beautiful and had more than we needed including a few “extras” in a cute little Market closet. The house is nicely decorated and is in a somewhat although not completely private area. There was more than enough room for our family of 8 adults, 2 young children and our two small dogs. The partially wrapped around deck was lovely as was the fire pit area. It was a bit of a drive to both Mammoth Cave and the Nolin Lake Beach area. And investigate if the park is open or not. We found out it was still closed from previous flooding so wasn’t able to enjoy any of the trails.

Loved the property. Definitely would stay again. Unfortunately it rained most of the time so didnt get to enjoy fire pit. And Definitely suggested taking an extra frying pan for cooking if needed but everything you could need is their. Needing an extra frying pan would never take away from the o erall stay thats for sure.

Beautiful property, well maintained and stocked. Plenty of kitchenware, appliances, sheets, towels, etc. Rooms are a great size for four couples and extra room for kids, or grandkids in our case. Couldn't have found a better place to spend time with family. Would stay again.

We had a great stay in Kentucky! The house was beautiful and just what we needed for a group of 9! Adults had plenty of space and the kids loved the bunk room and game area! The hot tub was a hit too - despite the 100 degree weather this week! The house had everything we needed - the kitchen was well stocked and equipped; there were extra towels for the hot tub; and even a little “forgotten item” display in the closet. Fully pet friendly with plenty of extra bowls and mats for the dogs too.

Clean home, nice decor and the game room was fun for the family. We stayed 4 nights and really enjoyed the stay. The Marina was only about 15 minutes and the National Park was about 45 minutes but an easy drive. Really happy with the house and the host was extremely responsive.

Property was lovely, peaceful, spacious, full of all the extra amenities. I wish the lake was easier to access but great fishing.

Our family of 7 had a fantastic stay at the home. The property was exactly as depicted in the pictures and in the description. The game room upstairs was an added bonus for some good old-fashioned friendly, family competition. The kitchen was well-stocked and we found everything we needed to cook a wonderful dinner. We enjoyed the treats left by the homeowner and the inside home Market was a great place to shop if you forgot to bring something. We all slept so soundly on the comfortable beds and the comforters were divine. Peaceful getaway and we all had a delightful time in Grace’s home. If we are ever back in KY, we would definitely stay here again!!

Beautiful house with lots of amenities. Host was easy to communicate with and answered all questions. Hot tub was fantastic as well as the wrap around porch. Easy 30 min drive to Mammoth caves. Highly recommend!

Our family really enjoyed staying in this property! All the kids were amazed at the super, cool little shop in the closet.

We were two families and wanted to stay near Mammoth Cave. We did two cave tours and had a great time. The house had everything that we needed!

This house was just perfect for a ladies weekend! Fully stocked (loved the market what a great idea). It was laid out great so everyone was comfortable and there was still room to be with each other. The games were a huge hit!

We had the best time at this cabin and are already talking about going back next year! We had six adults and two toddlers. The number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and game room were perfect for our group. We utilized everything this property had to offer, including the fire pit, hot tub, well stocked kitchen, and incredible fenced in wraparound porch. The property was very kid friendly with books and games. We had so much fun playing outside! We enjoyed the gorgeous views of the Fall leaves and lake. There’s not much in the area, but we went to Mammoth Cave one day and a couple of distilleries on the bourbon Trail one day. No complaints!

The house was nice, and was a perfect place to have my bachelor party. We had a blast! Just make sure you follow their driving directions and ignore your GPS. Also make sure you have the gate code (different from the house code). I think it may have been in the driving/check in instructions but I never found it. If I get a chance I’d stay here again for sure!
