Stunning Newly Build Home! with Private Heated Pool!

Everything about the house was great! The host was always very responsive and we would absolutely stay there again.

The house is beautiful and in a convenient location. It has a great layout, was clean and just like the photos. The open layout was great for hosting our family for dinner. Host Daniel was quick to respond to questions. The new pool looks nice however the water was still a little chilly to swim with it being heated to 75 degrees. I would stay here again and recommend it! Thanks for a great stay over Christmas.

Everything was fantastic. House was clean and very well equipped. We encountered 2-3 spiders and a couple of weird bugs but that’s expected in Florida. Communication was excellent! The only thing I wish the house had were either a dresser or night tables with drawers in any room. We were a family of 4, staying for 4 days, and weren’t able to unpack our undies, socks, etc because there aren’t drawers and the kiddos could not reach the top of the closet. We traveled with our dog and he felt very comfortable in the fenced in yard. If we’re ever in the area again, we will be staying here.

The house was immaculate, beautifully decorated and well equipped with everything we needed. It was located in a quiet neighborhood, close to shops and highways, not too far from beaches, downtown St. Augustine and Daytona. We really appreciated that it was pet friendly, with a nice fenced-in yard. We had a wonderful stay at this property and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Wasn’t one thing thought out or thought of amazing place to stay with a family.. clean fun and the amount of thoughtfulness in the home made it feel like home 10/10

A delightful, modern rental. Well stocked with everything you might need . I enjoyed knowing young families could be very comfortable here...highchair and pack and play on site. House was in excellent conditions and well stocked with everything you need to prepare a meal. We were there for a short stay mostly as a place to sleep while visiting friends.

We loved staying at this brand new house! So beautifully furnished with great attention to all the details. Great home away from home. Highly recommend- 10 out of 10 stars!!
