This private single-level home is perfect for a family vacation or a peaceful wine getaway, offering the comfort of home paired with the refined touches of a luxury stay.

Step inside and feel the calm of wine country living. The spacious living room invites you to sink into the soft couch or loveseat and take in the sweeping vineyardviews through large picture windows. A wood-burning fireplace anchors the space, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere ideal for conversation and a glass of Beckham Estate wine before or after dinner. Each guest receives a complimentary tasting at the estate's nearby tasting room, a perfect way to begin your stay. The open kitchen is both stylish and functional, featuring beautiful countertops, brand new appliances, and everything you need to prepare family meals or casual vineyard brunches. Enjoy breakfast in the nook overlooking the vines, or gather around the farmhouse dining table for a shared meal. The views from the kitchen may even make you volunteer to do the dishes. If you'd rather leave the cooking to someone else, our team is happy to help coordinate an in-home chef for a private dining experience.

Each of the three inviting bedrooms offers vineyard views and plush bedding for a peaceful night's sleep. The primary suite includes a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a standing shower, while the additional bedrooms share a newly renovated bathroom with a shower-tub combination and modern fixtures. Soft blankets, fluffy pillows, and gentle morning light make it easy to linger in bed with a cup of coffee as you start your day.

Outside, a large grassy area offers plenty of room for fun and games, perfect for a round of cornhole or space for the kids to run and play. The spacious patio features comfortable seating and two BBQ grills, inviting you to relax with a drink in hand while dinner cooks on the grill and laughter fills the air.

It is a stunning property. The vineyard setting, the awesome views, the peace and tranquility, the cozy home and the warm hospitality was great.

Wonderful location for getting away. Very peaceful setting among beautifully maintained vineyards. Floor plan of the house is ideal for multiple guests although our visit was just us - husband and wife. Surrounding area is delightful - incredible horse properties, abundant vineyards, orchards and farmland crops.

Stunning, spacious, and pet friendly! The property is a lovely oasis while still being only 15 minutes from restaurants, grocery stores, and charming shops. The house was very clean, and the property management communication was excellent. Great stay all around!

This charming guesthouse atop a scenic hill at Beckam Estate Vinyard was perfect for my business trip to Wilsonville and my first vrbo experience. It's clean, well-equipped, quiet, and the peaceful beauty of the surroundings turned what is usually a grueling trip into a great experience. I had the pleasure of meeting Andrew Beckham who was so gracious and welcoming, that I will definitely first look to stay here on future trips to this area. I wish I had found it sooner!

Beautiful house and location. House was set up beautifully. There was a welcome card with items, a wine bottle, and a charcuterie plater. The only thing I did not like was there were no window coverings or curtains in the kitchen or the dining area/laundry area. There were some workers on machinery on the that side of the property that were staring into the house. I understand it’s a working vineyard but there should still be privacy. We didn’t have anything to close when tours were back there. The only one that did not look in the house was a young man that looked like he was doing the yard and maybe the garbage. Other than those issues, we love the house, the location, we had a wonderful stay and time.

Great place to stay. So many wineries in the area. Short drive to many different wineries. We also had a great experience at Bickham Vineyards.

Open layout with plenty of space. Superior dining area. Living and family rooms have nice seating. Well stocked home. We were very happy here. Sheep and chicken on the property. Small curvy road up to property take with care. The view is worth it! Your out of town so come prepared. Would love to come back.

We gathered for a family visit and we’re treated to a great view. A well appointed kitchen made meal time easy. This is a working vineyard so workers were around. Overall a quiet and beautiful place for our purpose.

The vineyard is in the quiet country yet there was a liveliness to it. You literally are in the heart of the active vineyard. Bottling was starting soon so there was activity around that building and of course tastings taking place in the separate tasting room just down the hill. The items in the kitchen and throughout the house were quality items. Actual crystal wine glasses and quality pots & pans in the kitchen made it feel even more like home. The towels were fluffy and huge and the bed & sheets were all comfortable. (I've had my fair share of less than stellar short term rental experiences and this one is NOT one of them.) They did not cut corners! Book it now! this place is going to become very popular!

The property was clean and comfortable, but sparsely furnished. There were 5 of us and we were attending a big family wedding. Other family stayed at properties close by that were very well furnished and welcoming with lots of great indoor and outdoor spaces to get together. We ended up spending most of our time at the other properties where patios and balconies had lots of very comfortable chairs and tables to gather. The vineyard guesthouse needs some updating, which looks like it was done in the guest bathroom, but the master was small and outdated. The kitchen and eating nook are adequately furnished for a small family, but need some curtains or shades as the morning sun is blinding this time of year. Our only complaint was the vent over the stove that left debris on the cooking surface each morning which we cleaned off. (property manager was notified, but we did not ask them to investigate until after we left). Not sure why or what caused it, but that needs to be addressed and hopefully will be right away. We were uncomfortable about cooking anything but some eggs for breakfast. The outdoor seating area has a great view and we would have spent more time there but some new furniture or some cushions on chairs would have been nice. Overall a good place to stay for a family if you want a clean place to stay and plan to be out and about doing activities. It's not the place you want to hang out at all day especially if you have small kids that want to roam.
