Stunning New Grand Villa! Amazing Amenities, Best Location Parking HutTub Tub AC

Wonderful property in a great location. We are a family of four with a dog and stayed in this house very comfortably. It’s 15 minutes from anywhere you would want to be in San Diego.

We enjoyed our stay with lots of room comfortable beds, cozy living room, great kitchen and fun yard to spend time with the family! We will definitely stay here again!

This is a lovely rental, fresh, modern, comfortable & well appointed. All amenities are top notch, from the tiled shower and full bath, to the comfortable king mattress, kitchen appliances and washer / dryer. The outdoor patio, porch, sitting areas and hot tub are exceptional. For a 2BR / 2BA we believe 4 should rent at base price with zero added fees. That is our only concern, and we are grateful the host was accommodating to that request. Thank you kindly Ricardo!

Perfect rental! Everything I expected it to be and more!! Loved the quiet residential neighborhood. The outside area was beautiful and peaceful. A perfect way to relax after a day out in San Diego. The house was super clean and tidy with amenities like bottled water, laundry detergent, beach gear, towels, espresso, etc. to name a few. I would definitely recommend this rental and would stay here again in a heart beat! Mahalo for the memories!

everything was clean, modern, great amenities, big kitchen, nice living room, spacious master bedroom, nice showers. Overall experience was great, I honestly would make this my stay every time I visited the area. only thing is beware of the strict rules, i understand they don’t want their property being disrespected and parties being thrown but for the price, they’re a tad bit strict on the amount of guests you can have over at a time or at least it seemed like it. I feel like as long as everyone is respectable and quiet, should all be good but would honestly come again. 8/10

We stayed 28 days at the villa. The inside and outside had been perfectly remodeled. The kitchen and bathrooms were perfect. The fenced in yard was private and secure. We cooked indoors and outdoors. Ricardo, our host, quickly answered any questions. Our reserved parking space was a huge plus. We highly recommend this rental.

My husband and I stayed for a little over a week. The home was absolutely beautiful both inside and out. It was both in the center of everything and felt like a private oasis. Everything was in immaculate condition and very clean. The property manager/owner was very friendly and responsive. Can’t beat the location. I could not recommend this place enough and can’t wait to come back!

Ricardo's place was fantastic. Location was super convenient. Walking distance to Balboa Park, San Diego Zoo, Trader Joes and tons of great restaurants. The space was clean and the outdoor space was lovely for chilling out. Easy trips downtown to Petco Park, La Joilla, Old Town and Mission Beach. We had good times in San Diego!

Great location close to Balboa Park and downtown. House had a very nice ambience; we had a nice time relaxing there in-between outings. Kitchen was fully equipped.. beds were comfortable and TV was huge! I highly recommend.

We loved our stay in this historic and walkable neighborhood. The yard is everything. The home is quite possibly the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed - hotels included. Cozy and well equipped. The hot tub was the best part!

Came in town for a short getaway. The home was exactly as listed. The neighborhood is so quiet and felt very safe. I slept better here than at home as the beds were extremely comfortable. Nespresso coffee was highlight in the morning—everything stocked for you. The home was as listed and felt private though seemed connected to unit next door and closed off as its own unit. The hot tub was amazing after afternoon of pickleball. The outdoor seating area felt private even though surrounded by sidewalks on both sides and people walking dogs, it was perfect. Neighbors are very nice and we enjoyed visiting a few. Read the check-in instructions before arrival and all questions are thoroughly answered. Ricardo was a great host. We will stay again.

Unfortunately I did not make it to the home for my getaway as I had a medical emergency, but from the communication I had with Ricardo & the other reviews here it seems like a wonderful place! Hopefully I’ll get to book in the future

Beautifully maintained villa. Stunning outdoors area with lush landscaping with fabulous spa and total privacy. Huge kitchen and cozy living room with fireplace.Large master bedroom and comfy bed. Perfect spit for my husband and I and our dog.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this property! The house was immaculate. The kitchen was huge & had everything we needed. The backyard is beautiful and it is so peaceful. It’s like having your own little park right there. It’s on a corner lot & private. The neighborhood is quaint and lively. We were on the go the whole time & found it very easy to get in and out of the area too. We took pictures of the place to show our friends how fabulous it was and when I come back to the area I will be looking for this property to stay again. And the owner was easy and pleasant to work with.

I stayed with my husband here mid November. I’d have written this sooner but this was only the first stop on my vacation! Everything was perfect! The location, the home, the cleanliness and our stay altogether. The home is located within walking distance to restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. We had everything we needed right at our finger tips. We used the hot tub that sits in a well manicured yard/outdoor area. We took a bike ride through Balboa Park! Ricardo is an amazing host. Great communication leading up to our stay. I will certainly look to stay here again if I come back to San Diego! I highly recommend staying here!!!!

The property was everything it said it would be. Fantastic location, wonderful local restaurants, the house was spotless and had all the amenities needed. Definitely a great place that we will be returning to!

Great location and place. Walked to Balboa Park each day, close to all areas, wonderful restaurants to walk to and the house was to chill.
