This place is everything it says it is. It actually was a little bigger than I thought it would be. Carole is super responsive and communicates everything well. Would highly recommend this place!

Lots of room. Nice place! My only issue was the occasional animal smell. It wasn’t overbearing. I’m just not a “pet in the home” person, but I knew what I was renting when I booked. Overall a great stay!

Carole was very accommodating to our travel schedule and was responsive. Our large group fit comfortably into the basement apartment with plenty of room to spread out. We cooked several meals in the well appointed kitchen. The home is in a very quiet, upper class neighborhood. Accessing the home was very easy. We would stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay in this very clean, beautifully decorated, spacious home. I appreciated that there was plenty of seating and table space for everyone. The bedding was super cozy! You could easily choose to have light layers or enjoy the cozy, heavier comforters. Host responded very quickly to the message that there was a low battery beeping smoke detector, which happened the evening of our first night. It was fixed within less than 30 minutes from us coming back in the evening and hearing it and sending a message.

The space was really open and private for a basement apartment. It was also very clean and just had a very cool vibe.

This property was spacious, clean and stocked with all the basics for a comfortable 2 night stay with adult members of our family. Communications with the host was quick and easy. Check-in and check-out was easy. We would highly recommend this property for any family that is looking for a place in the Provo/Orem area!

The space was huge, stylish, and very clean. It was lacking food storage and clothing storage in one of the bedrooms but we made do. We really enjoyed our stay.It was very easy.Check in and check out and good communication

We had a great stay. We had great communication before and during our stay. Quiet, clean and easy to work with. They also had some uniqe games that were a variation of traditional games that we really enjoyed as we are a game not TV or scrolling family. We truly enjoyed our stay and they met all our needs and responded quickly to any queations we had. Above all customer service was great and that is not too common anymore.

We stayed one night. The basement apartment was immaculate and well organized. No issues finding or accessing. The only downside is a busy cul-de-sac with lots of neighbors and limited parking. It served our purpose for a family visit.

Only complaint was the place was warm, so having a fan available to help move the air around would be nice.

Great property, lots of amenities and awesome location close to shopping and dining. Worked perfectly for outlets group and was bigger than expected. Will stay here again in the future.

It was a great place to stay. Close to everything we needed. The host was very quick to answer questions. Very clean and well stocked for our needs.

We stayed here over Christmas to spend the holiday with our grown children living in the area. This was a basement apartment but was VERY spacious. There were 3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an eating area, kitchen and two living areas. I also appreciated the washer and dryer in the storage area and the Christmas tree that was set up and very beautiful. There was plenty of room for the 7 of us without feeling like we were crammed in together. Only 5 of us slept at the apartment though. One especially nice bonus is that Walmart was only 5 minutes away. There was also a park a short walk away that we walked to every day. The neighborhood was nice and quiet as well. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Everything about the property was as advertised and more. We had a lovely stay and so enjoyed being able to be together as a family in this beautiful space. We attended a BYU football game and getting to and from the game was very easy from this location.

Came to Utah to visit family with my father and two children. The home was a perfect location by restaurant, shopping, and main roadways for travel. House was clean and spacious. The bedrooms were the perfect layout, and my kids had a great time playing with the toy kitchen. The host was extremely kind and responsive. We would definitely stay again.

My family and I needed a place to stay that would accommodate 7 of us and our dogs. This place was perfect and was appropriately priced! Gave us more space to move around, helpful to have a full working kitchen and two bathrooms as well. It didn’t feel like a basement apartment. I would stay there again. The host also addressed any concerns throughout our stay.
