Highly recommend! I have to start off by saying Francesca was amazing! She was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. We had some traveling issues and she was more than accommodating and flexible. Check-in to this beautiful home was a breeze. The house was tastefully decorated, clean, well stocked, and had gorgeous views of the mountain. The location couldn’t be beat. It was minutes to the slopes, village, grocery store etc. We would love to come back in the near future and stay longer!

We have had many summer vacations in Breck and the rental can have a significant impact. This is a fantastic house with a great location. Francesca's communication was perfect. Details and expectations are spelled out clearly. If you have questions she will respond quickly. As far the the rental, there wasn't much we needed that wasn't provided for. Our kids are grown so we didn't get any takers to climb the top bunk, but we figured it out. And its really clean! The garage is super nice, especially for those staying in the winter. Nice hot tub, cool view. There was a table with 6 chairs on the deck. Play games or have breakfast in the mountain air. You won't be disappointed.

We had 6 people staying at the Berk house for 3 nights - and only wish it could have been longer. Beautiful home - great proximity to downtown Breckenridge (great restaurants, the Gondola ride, hiking and more). Owner was quick with all responses. Highly recommend this home.

The Berg Haus is incredible! We are a family of 5 and the home was perfect! The owners were easy to communicate with and so kind. The location is perfect! Easy to get to and from town. The home is equipped with everything you could need, from the kitchen to the bathrooms you are set! We were very impressed with the amenities. We loved all the space inside and outside the home. If you have children, it truly is the perfect place! We have stayed in many places, but the Berg Haus is one of the BEST! Incredible experience — the home and Breckenridge.

Great experience staying in Berg Haus with a group of friends. The house was well furnished and modern and gave us everything we needed. I would recommend staying here if it’s available. Our only issue was that the front steps were covered in snow and ice and we couldn’t locate a shovel the first day so it was challenging lugging all of the luggage up to the house through that. Other than that minor issue it was a great location and we’d go back again.

Exactly as the pictures! Even more beautiful in person. Very comfortable and great location just a fee minutes from the town. Communication with owners was very easy. They were quick to respond and attentive to our needs. The Cabin had everything we needed from kitchen supplies and cooking condiments to bathroom necessities. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of space for everyone. The 2 separate living rooms and kitchens is awesome when traveling with multiple families and kids. The kids had their own area as well the adults but plenty of space to come all 6 together for dinner and quality time. The girls lived the backyard and spent hours out there playing in the snow. Us mamas loved the Jacuzzi/hottub while the kids played. Being so close to the town and activities is a plus but I would stay here again just for the cabin it self and how pleasant it was to communicate with the hosts. Nothing is specifically wrong with the house, but a couple drawbacks. First, they don’t allow you to use the wood burning stove on the main level. There’s a gas log fireplace on the bottom floor, but no one congregates down there. The entertainment area is the second floor with the kitchen and the views. Second, no BBQ (was told its due to wild animal issues). Third, bedroom on second floor has bathroom but no shower. We stayed with family, so having Mom & Dad come upstairs to use our shower wasn’t a big deal…but a drawback. There are views of the slopes, but only if your standing at one window looking hard right. Your real views (while sitting, walking around the house) are of the trees in the side/backyard (which was nice). Otherwise, it was generally clean, spa was nice and everything worked.
