Stunning Mid Century Gem in Twin Palms

Obviously a rental rather than a residence, but comfortable and well kitted out and in excellent location. Suited our needs perfectly.

In the heart of 50's style small homes with character. Home is well laid out and perfect for outdoor living. Close to down town restaurants. Close to great golf.

Lovely time, house was perfect, backyard space is also great!! Quiet, private, and peaceful.

The house was very comfortable for a family of 5. The neighborhood is super cute. The rooms were very comfortable and it was nice to have the office nook in the master bedroom since I still had to work a few hours in the mornings. The couch in the living room was not very cozy but we were rarely in the house so we did not need to utilize. The outdoor living space was amazing! Pool was wonderful, many hours of playing and floating. Our family had a wonderful vacation at this home. Definitely want to come back again.

This was a great property for our family of 5 Adults and a baby. Our son, daughter in law and baby had the master suite which gave them privacy, including a separate entrance a private patio. There was a pak n play for their use. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of room. There was toilet paper, paper towels and dish soap provided. Also some cupboard essentials that are a nuisance to purchase,spices, sugar salt pepper etc. The beds and pillows are in need of updating. The pool person came twice for maintenance which was great. We had the pool heated, well worth the extra charge for December temps. Just remember you can’t heat the hot tub and the pool at the same time. We would rent here again. Such a great area to walk around and see the unique homes. We drove to Joshua tree and Indian canyon. A walk up the street to Moortens cactus garden, and Aces bar for a night out for our son and daughter in law. Jerry was our contact and met us when we arrived at the house which is a very nice touch, to show us around. Short drive from Palm Springs airport . Great home!!

House and yard were depicted as photos shown online, nicely maintained inside. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and fire pit. Was a nice set up to cook, they had anything 1 would need, we made several meals and used the outside grill. Neighborhood was nice to walk. Anything at all you need is nearby. The beds are low, so if you have any issues getting up or down keep that in mind, and they're very firm. The couple we traveled with slept in the bedroom with the 2 smaller beds that were softer, which was the only downside for them. All in all a wonderful property and stay.

We were a group of 5 for a long weekend trip to Palm Springs over Pride. Everything was fantastic, super clean and plenty of space to spread out. Having the pool heated for an additional fee was a no brainer, since it got quite chilly at night. I would highly recommend and stay here again.

The property was exactly as advertised and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The check in was seamless and we really enjoyed ourselves here. We will be back.

This is our 9th year staying in Palm Springs for our annual girls trip. What a house. Well appointed, clean and comfortable. Spacious for our group of 5. Lots of pool mats and a perfect window from the kitchen to an outside bar for serving. Will definitely book again!!
