Stunning Luxury Rosemary Beach Home-Private Heated Pool-Steps To Beach-Exclusive

This house was every bit as amazing as the pictures online. We worried it may not live up to the hype because it looked too good to be true but we were all so happy when we checked in saw it. We were a group of ladies celebrating a friend's 50th birthday and found ourselves wanting to stay at the house more than getting out. The owner/property manager was responsive with questions prior to arrival and during our stay responded to my messages very quickly. We had a minor issue with sugar ants being very common in Rosemary Beach so any food needs to be on the kitchen island or in the fridge. Otherwise, this was an amazing vacation and we would all love to stay there again, maybe bringing a few families next time.

Outside outlets don’t work , no timely response fro management or resolution to problem, we had to figure out on our own. Property also had a bedbug, notified host, no response.

Our family of 11 ( 6 adults, 5 kids) had plenty of space with the 4 bedrooms plus huge 3 rd floor bedroom/ game area. The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed having a chef one night. Very well stocked with plates, linens, glasses etc. The coffee machine was the best! The pool, covered patio area and beach/ pool supplies were more than adequate. The walk to the beach was about 8 minutes and we were very close to the shops/ restaurants. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions. A good time was had by all!

The property was exactly as advertised. The space was perfect for our girls weekend. Everyone had a comfortable place to sleep, plenty of space for group meals, lounging by the pool and hanging out inside. It was in a lovely location, walkable to everything. Would definitely recommend to any large group looking to stay in Rosemary Beach!

You can tell the backyard hasn’t been cleaned in a long time. It wasn’t prepped for my arrival. Inside floors were not cleaned my socks and feet were black. TVs in bedrooms do not work. Also seems like someone smoked tobacco beforehand. Not good communication with host when I needed help with tvs or etc. Overall house is pretty cool just cleanliness needs to be fixed.

This was an amazing property and perfect for celebrating a 40th birthday with friends. We would love to come back with the kids.

I'd first like to start by saying that the home itself is absolutely stunning. It has everything you could ever want or need, and was perfect for our girls trip. The owners have done a beautiful job. That being said, I'd be remiss not to mention a couple things just to give the owners/management a heads up: 1) The master bathroom toilet needs to be replaced. It made a screaming sound for our ENTIRE trip that sounds like a cat is dying. We could not use the master toilet at night otherwise the 10 folks staying in the house would be woken up. I read about this in other reviews but had no idea it was this bad. By our last day you'd have to slam the toilet to get it to stop making this noise at all. 2) The water container for the Miele coffee maker had inches of mold growing in it. 3) Upon arrival the pool and outdoor area had leaves everywhere - in the pool, around the pool, and all rugs flipped over. We were happy to clean it up before using it, but this was a main feature of the house so we were eager to spend time out there in a prepared space.

Nine college friends reunited at this home to celebrate our 50th birthdays. We could not ask for a better house! The outdoor spaces and fire table were great in the evenings and the bedroom configuration gave everyone plenty of room to spread out and relax. Bikes were no included FYI.

The house was as advertised and the process was easy. Will definitely be back.

We had a great summer getaway before school starts! Was everything we wanted and more!

Property is spacious and modern. Comfortable king sized beds throughout. Highlight was the private pool- which receives great sunlight all day long. Patio also has plenty of shade. Easy walking distance to beach and restaurants/shops. It was perfect for a girls getaway!

We wanted a place for our family of 11 to be able to spread out and this was it!! Three couples and five teenagers fit this house perfectly. The outside pool and oasis was top notch. The kitchen had everything we possibly could have needed except a cheese grater (or maybe we just didn’t find it) …but everything else for sure! It’s within walking distance of the beach, the square, restaurants and shops. Just a lovely setting in a wonderful neighborhood. Hopefully, we’ll be back next summer.
