Stayed Dec 31, 2025The house was great. I would say 5.0 stars for the house. We did have several issues which knocked us down a star. First off, the lock to the front door was amongst the worst I’ve ever encountered. It turns out the battery was dead, but communication with red barn Vacations was intermittently good, but it seemed like it ties when we needed to get in touch with him in the most time, sensitive way it would go straight to a voicemail. Otherwise, there are no window coverings, so showering, etc all occurs on the driveway side of the house with headlights coming in, which is less than desirable for some. The place is beautiful. It’s odd that they don’t have a television in the main great room, so I went out and bought a projection screen there which was unforeseen curveball, but we made it work. It’s really all about family and time together, and we have achieved all of our goals! Again, the place was beautiful.

Stayed Aug 21, 2025Gorgeous house with neighbors within site. Absolutely would stay again but helpful info for future renters: be sure to bring whatever you might need-hand soap, dish towels, sponges, toilet paper, smores sticks, lighters for fire, etc. Trash location is not onsite. Ice machine available but did need to be turned off due to overheating. All bedding very comfortable. Unable to cool house lower than 74 degrees F (with highs in low 80s and lows in low 60s during time of stay).

Stayed May 16, 2025This house is grander and more spacious than it seems in the ad! The views are amazing and the entire house is very comfortable. We stayed with a group of 16 friends, and everyone had plenty of space to hang out inside, on the deck, in the hot tub, etc! We'd love to come back again!
