Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Filthy floors, disgusting kitchen sink and moldy/grubby baths, Fridge/freezer broken said they would fix and never showed up, forget sleeping in those terrible beds, comforter stained/dirty, completely unresponsive management company, scratchy old leather furniture, left a day early because even the kids didn't want to sleep there another night. Don't stay here unless they replace the frat house carpets and get new beds. Fees to stay there are crazy-no one should have to spend hours cleaning when you arrive on vacation and a cardboard box would have been better than the pillows in that place. There are no amenities with this poorly kept property to be charging luxury prices. Only bright spot was our boat rental and we wish we could have slept on it rather than staying in that house.
