The Space:

Welcome to your lakeside getaway!



Enjoy relaxed lake living in this welcoming home, perfectly set up for families and groups, with beautiful views and plenty of space to unwind.



On the upper level of this property, you will find a light-filled dining and lounge areas, with a smart TV and a heat pump / air-conditioning to keep you comfortable all year round, with panoramic views of both the lake and the lively children's playground just across the road on the other side of the house.



There is an equipped kitchen for easy, home-style meals, and a bathroom with shower/bath plus a separate toilet for added convenience.



Step onto either of the inviting decks, located at the front and rear of the house. Whether it's a morning coffee soaking up the sunrise or a sunset ‘al-fresco’ dinner, these outdoor spaces are perfect for any time of day.



Convenience meets comfort with a laundry room off the kitchen, housing a washing machine, and dishwasher.



Sleeping arrangements accommodate up to 6 guests. Choose from two rooms with queen beds or opt for the one with two single beds.



Please kindly note that the garage is not available for guests, but there is plenty of parking space in the driveway, off the street. Only the upper level of the property is available on this listing.



The property is located in a serene neighborhood primarily surrounded by holiday homeowners.
