Stayed Dec 12, 2025This is a perfect location and had so many amenities that we didn’t have to leave the house the entire weekend. We had a family of 23 and had plenty of space for everyone to enjoy themselves! Everything prior to check in, during they stay and at check out was very well communicated.

Stayed Nov 13, 2025Excellent property! The layout is ideal for accommodating larger groups. The kitchen is impressively equipped with two dishwashers and two refrigerators. Bedrooms were comfortable, and the bathrooms were spacious and well-appointed. Our entire group left happy. Highly recommend and would rebook.

Stayed Sep 19, 2025We are repeat guests of Rent Branson properties and always seek them out when staying in the Table Rock Lake area. Their communication and customer service is the best! Give us this day Chalet was an incredible home. It was well stocked for cooking and serving a large group and had so many amenities for entertainment. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable and the views of the lake from the decks were breathtaking. I highly recommend this property and Rent Branson!

Stayed Jun 6, 2025House was amazing except for the elevator was broken and they knew about the issue and never told us. We had two family members that needed the elevator due to being handicapped and we were told they k ew about the issue two months prior and had maintenance scheduled for the day we checked out. Said somwone would contact us, they never did. Besides the elevator not working, overall it is a great place. Would stay again if the elevator was fixed and they make it right.

Stayed Apr 14, 2025This is a wonderful place for a family of all ages. The adults loved the two living spaces and the amazing outdoor decks and seating and views. The teens loved the arcade games and golf cart rides. The kids loved the pool (we had a little problem with it - hopefully it is fixed!) and the hot tub and the elevator. The beds and bathrooms were plentiful and comfortable. We were within 15-30 minutes of so many great things to see and do - great location. We would highly recommend this place and would love to return.

Stayed Dec 26, 2024This house was a great choice for our family gathering! We had 8 families, most with small children staying. The house was clean and in a great location to be far enough away from the strip, but close enough to be 20 minutes from most things. I will say that while the house pool may be “heated” we were not able to use it because it was still quite chilly. So if you plan to stay during cooler months, please be aware of this! The hot tub was very nice and just outside the pool area on the deck. The rental company was very responsive to anything we had questions about. The decks were huge and would be great during the warmer months or if it wasn’t raining during our entire stay…lol. The nugget ice maker in the basement was an added bonus!

Stayed Nov 26, 2024If you rent this house take photos of everything before you check out as proof that you left it in good condition. Otherwise you will be charged if something gets broken after you left. As far as the house, it is a nice house but does not have near enough pots to cook for large groups.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Our stay at GUTD Chalet was the highlight of our year. We had six family groups (including 5 grandkids) and the chalet was MORE than adequate for our needs. The website pics and renderings were stellar and very helpful. The on-line guide was really useful during our stay. I can't say enough good things about how responsive the staff was to the few (very minor) issues that we encountered during our stay. The chalet was ready for our arrival, spotlessly clean, and all the amenities functioned as advertised. The kitchen was well-stocked with every utensil and dishware that we needed. The grille worked great, the deck was SUCH a comfy spot, and the weather allowed us to camp there the whole time. We also used the community fire pit for a campfire and s'mores on our last night. The golf cart was helpful (and great fun for the grandkids!). I think we have found the perfect place for our family reunions going forward. The chalet made it easy, the price was VERY reasonable, and the staff couldn't have been move accommodating. Thanks, folks, for your service and your attention to the fine details. We are most grateful and hope to see you again soon.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The Davis Reunion 2024 was a big success! Family members ranging in age from 9 months to 89 years attended. The accommodations were perfect for our large family. The elevator, private indoor pool, hot tub, golf cart, outdoor pool, and that amazing lake view were wonderful amenities! We're hoping to return in 2026 and stay again and hopefully have enough family members to rent The Governor next door. Thank you for a wonderful stay! Stayed Dec 31, 1969Perfect place for a family. We had 17 and everyone had comfortable places to sleep. Adults and kids really enjoyed the game room and the big porches to sit and watch the lake. The bunk beds really are for kiddos not adults. We would certainly come here again.
