Stunning Lake Moultrie Estate on Deep Water

The house was amazing. Plenty of room for all 16 of us to hang out comfortably, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the sunsets over the lake were gorgeous.

The house was impressive!! The online pictures don't do it justice as the in-person experience allows you to enjoy the history of the property. The host was responsive and helpful. Travel to Charleston was easy from the property and we enjoyed the locals as well. The house was clean and we had everything we needed. The private dock was very nice in lending to a quiet serene waterfront to watch the sunsets.

This is such a beautiful property! Our family enjoyed our stay! We were able to relax and make great memories- our favorite amenities were the dock for fishing and the screened in porch! We will definitely book for future trips to Bonneau!

Amazing vacation home for our large group that gave us more than enough space. Communication was great, home was clean, beautiful, and we had everything we needed. We had a small “Leaving For Boot Camp” party for our son one of the days we were there- the home allows for gatherings of up to 30 people. It’s hard to find places that allow this!! we were so happy to have it here and everything was great! The only downside to the home was that the boat lift was not working and we had to remove our boat from the water every day, but this was communicated in advance, and it was a very short drive to the landing. We loved this place so much and would definitely stay again in the future!!

We had the best lakehouse weekend and this property was PERFECT for when you have multiple families and age ranges. Plenty of space, the lake is super calm so easy for kids swimming, and the house is so nice! Definitely will be staying again!!

Love the lake , love the house . The house was fully stocked. You had plenty of room how beautiful view on the screened in patio, which was very large. Every room was nice. Every bathroom was nice. It’s just a beautiful place to stay.

We had a fantastic stay over the 4th of July. Beautiful and comfortable home with plenty of space for our crew. Loved the dock and the screened-in porch. Beautiful sunsets! We will be back!

We had a group of 12 people aged 9-83 and we all had a great time. The house and property are well maintained. The decor was nicely done and made is feel comfortable. This property was perfect for our blended family Christmas. The property was big enough and had plenty of separate spaces that we never felt crowded. Perfect for large family dinners as well! The kitchen was stocked well with cooking utensils. 45 min to Charleston for some day trips.

We were looking for a location that would accommodate several families as we come to Lake Moultrie annually to host Lake Days for a local ministry. This home and guest house worked out perfectly! The kitchen in the main house was amazing and well stocked. We enjoyed our evening meal on the screened in porch which has a fantastic view of the lake. Michelle was a great host and helped with any questions/concerns we had. Thanks for sharing your amazing house! We hope to return next year.

Everything was wonderful!!!! Everything you needed was there...especially comfy beds! I cannot say enough about this property...beach, boat dock, views, I could go on and on. I have already recommended this to many others. Great communication with owner. Just perfect!

The house has a beautiful view of the water and is well stocked. I loved how cozy yet spacious it was. The guest house and bunkhouse were done very well also and allowed everyone to have their own spaces. It was wonderful to have access to the beach area for smaller kids but the older kids had a great time just swimming off the dock. The neighborhood is nice and the neighbors are friendly. That being said there is a neighbor that walks through the property each morning (which wasn’t a problem overall) just something to be aware of. All in all it was a great stay and we are grateful the owners shared this property with us! Thank you! Oh and I almost forgot, the fishing was great!

This was a perfect location for a family get-together. The house was clean and the kitchen had enough dishes and cookware to accommodate a large group. The view from the screened in patio was gorgeous. The kids had a blast fishing from the peer and playing on the beach near the property. The host was very responsive to any questions. We would absolutely stay here again.
