Petoskey is a lovely little town, and we were so happy with our stay! We will definitely plan on returning to this beautiful home again!

Stayed Sep 18, 2025Our stay in this home was wonderful!! Such a lovely house! We especially enjoyed spending time on the Deck! And walking to town was easy . Everything was clean and neat. The only thing to note is that soap for the showers was not readily available and there was no shampoo and conditioner provided . Would have been nice to have an sos/scrubby to clean pans when we cooked . The kitchen otherwise was well stocked. Would love to return here in the future

Stayed Aug 29, 2025Beautiful house with all the amenities including a wonderful wrap around porch with a swing. Our family, including our 2 month old grandson enjoyed our stay. Quiet neighborhood walking distance to park, marina, and downtown Petoskey shops and restaurants. Gorgeous water and sunset views. Will definitely stay again.

Stayed May 29, 2025Headed up north with cousins for a cousins getaway - 6 of us total and this house was perfect for us! We had a family night in and cooked together and the space was large and open to so we could all be together. The view is amazing too! Super clean, spacious and great host!!

Stayed Aug 23, 2024My wife and I have been to Petoskey many times and chose the Petoskey Cottage for its location. The scenic Little Traverse Wheelway, a 26 mile paved bike and walking trail along the Lake Michigan shoreline from Charlevoix to Harbor Springs is only a 2 minute walk from the Cottage. The Bear River Recreational Area is 5 minutes away. Bayfront Park/Marina is a short 5 minute walk. An easy 10 minute walk up Lake Street gets you to downtown Petoskey. Johan's Bakery is a short walk in the opposite direction. My wife and I, both in our seventies, very much enjoyed our one week stay. The Cottage was clean, quiet and comfortable. The balcony is very nice with treetop views of Lake Michigan. There is a fenced yard if you bring along a pet as we did. The neighborhood felt very safe.
