Traveling for work. Stayed 2 weeks. Was a comfortable stay and the fact that there was a washer/dryer helped since I was there for so long.
Decent space. Close to pier & Coronado island a plus.
Property was very well kept and we appreciated its modern look. Happy with the location and the many restaurants around it. Not too happy with the A/C situation. It was very hot for my family and I.

Location is superb! It is near the beach and a short drive to all that San Diego has to offer. The location is also near all amenities such as grocery store (i.e., Walmart), restaurants (i.e., all types from fast food to dine-in), car wash, etc. The property is also very private with high walls and gates that make it super pet friendly. The property is also very spacious, comfy, and with a great laundry room! The owner (Art) was also awesome to work with. He was very attentive, courteous and accessible. He was always making sure our stay was pleasurable. Our family (which includes our furry family members) enjoyed our stay very much!
Great security! Kitchen stocked with all kinds of appliances. Would stay again if there were no young children staying upstairs. Can hear people walking upstairs. Kids jumping.
Me amd family experience at this location was comfy and great. Art was very attentive. He knows how to treat his guest with the best service. He extended our checkout to make sure we had enough time. It a great location. Literally the beach is within walkin distance. Thank you Art for helping me figure out the stove lol. And letting us stay at your home. Thank you.
Beautiful apartment, great location, everything you need. Art is a wonderful host. Our only complaint was some noise from the apartment above, but overall we had a very enjoyable stay and would stay here again.
