Stunning, Impeccably Restored Original 1935 Beach Home 3 minutes from the Ocean

The place was very clean and beautiful.

Very comfortable property. Easy walk to the boardwalk and the Vibe district. Great restaurants nearby.

The rooms were neat and clean and the host communicated well. Not far from the oceanfront which was a plus!!!!

Only suggestion we had was the doors don’t stay shut inside the house. Latches may just need to be adjusted. And the stairs to the back yard has a weird wood tabletop like thing at the landing which can be a pain to navigate. Other than that this place is great. Very clean, airy and great location.

Great family getaway. Very clean and only a few minutes from the beach. Great communication from owner. Never heard downstairs neighbors who where in the lower unit.

Beautiful house close to beach, kinda sketchy area… some money and phone charger were stolen from car while we grabbed some ice cream.

my husband and i and our teen daughter & her friend stayed at frank's place. it's so peaceful, quiet, and homey. we all rested really well. love the beautiful crape myrtles that line the yard. walking to the beach is an absolute breeze, as is walking to the grocery store just a couple of blocks away. we got the chance to meet frank and he's so gracious and cool. we definitely will be coming back. thank you so much, frank!!

This home is so charming! It was impeccably clean and even nicer than that photos showed. The beds were very comfortable. The space was perfectly air conditioned. Quiet and private. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and to coffee shops, the grocery store and restaurants. Beach toys, chairs and umbrellas were available for use. The host was great. We would recommend you stay here!

Less than a block to the grocery store(with a Starbucks) and a block and a half to the beach, it was perfect! Unit was clean, comfortable and spacious. We loved it and would stay again.

The house is just right for two couples. The location is great, the unit itself is spacious and pretty with a pretty back yard.

It was our 22nd wedding anniversary (October 5th). Several weeks ago I was looking for a rental and came across this gem! My wife, Heather, and I had a wonderful time. Plenty of space and great location. The only issue was someone used the big frying pan and burned whatever they cooked in it. But I was able to clean it and now it looks like new!! Every question I asked was answered promptly. Thanks for being part of our great memories!!
