Stayed Jun 26, 2025PROS: -House is in a community with 2 fun pools. One of the pools is very close to the house, but the kids favorite pool with the Kids cove and lazy river was a bit of a walk. Some of us with littles ended up driving over there. There are a few parking spots nearby. Kids loved the waterslides and pool was a good temp. hot tubs were hot too! -Parking is great, there is a small parking lot right next to the house so that was perfect for our extra cars. - House has nice furnishings and couches. Tons of kitchenware, including a crockpot & a blender, and lots of spices in the cupboard. - All the bathrooms DO come stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Wish we had known that so we didnt have to pack it. - They did offer us late check-out, which was nice, but it wasn't free. We had to pay for it. Glad we did though! CONS: -Backyard/patio is not very private. You are less than 20 feet away from a house behind you with no wall in between so we never used the hot tub because it is summer and by the time we'd want to use it (late at night), we were afraid we'd disturb the neighbors bc they are so close! Wish there was more privacy. - The lazy river is small. Alot smaller than Arcadia. And therefore, no tubes are provided. You can bring your own floats though. - The fun pool with the kids cove and lazy river is about a 5-7 min walk away. You can drive over there though. - The pool does not have alot of shaded lounge chairs. Those get taken first. - No pool towels were provided at the pool or the house. It would have been nice not to have to pack those. -The mattresses are very squeaky and cheap. They weren't very comfortable. One of the couples pulled their mattress onto the ground and my husband ended up moving to the couch! - It was alittle frustrating communicating with a property management company vs the actual owner of the house. The management co wasn't always sure about an answer. Ex: I had asked if there was a crockpot, they said No, and when we got there, we found one. Would have been nice not to pack one. Overall, we had a great time and created great memories!

Stayed May 29, 2025This was a nice house in a great location, and it had plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen was well-stocked, and having a hot tub on site was really nice. We loved the pools in Paradise Village - they provided a lot of entertainment in the 95+degree weather. The location is great for attending shows at Tuacahn - it’s nice to have a short drive after a late night out. The kitchen island was amazingly huge, there was plenty of space to serve food to 20 people, which was helpful for our extended family stay. We’d recommend this house to large families/groups of friends, we appreciated all of the en-suite bathrooms and private space for different families but also good central gathering areas. We really enjoyed our stay, and would book it again in the future if it’s available!

Stayed Nov 14, 2024Great large home to accommodate multiple families. Well stocked. Bedding and mattresses could use an upgrade. Sheets are scratchy and uncomfortable. Overall we had a great time. Would stay again.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This house holds a lot of people which was amazing but the cleanliness was not great at all. It wasn’t vacuumed when we got there some of the beds did not have sheets, dishes were still in the dishwasher and towels still in the dryer.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Even though the temperatures outside were 114°. We kept cool in the pools and in the lovely home! The kids love the air hockey table and enjoyed playing games and watching movies when they weren't in the pool. ?

Stayed Jul 13, 2023The house was so spacious with more than enough seating at meals for all 19 of us. We had 7 bathrooms and 7 bedrooms. The 3 pool areas offered different experiences and our grandkids especially enjoyed them.
