The house was gorgeous and even more so than the pics show on the listing. The house was perfect and very easy to get out to the open water for those like us who like to take the boat out every day. The pool and dock/deck area was amazing. The dock is huge and we loved the chairs out there, perfect for sitting out watching the sunsets and sunrises. The house is equipped so well! It’s just gorgeous!

Check in process was quick and simple. We were able to use the drop box for after hours check out. The home is very beautiful and the perfect location. My only complaint is that the water in the kitchen did not get very hot. I normally would have done dishes by hand, but the water would not hot enough. The rest of the house was fine, but the kitchen was Luke warm. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location and house is very nice. Nothing to complaine, exactly as advertised, pristine condition, well maintained. What annoys a bit is that the neighbouring empty spot (1270) is used for loading and unloading construction material between land and sea. So you have heavy noise of moving stuff around by lorries, floating cranes etc from time to time. Some days it is just an hour, some days morning to afternoon with pauses here and there. This devalues the property a bit imho.

The pool area was wonderful! My husband also enjoyed fishing off the dock. We really appreciated the provided beach equipment as well. This was the best rental agency experience we have ever had. We enjoyed entire stay, beautiful home, very nice location, very quiet neighborhood, rental agency answer all question in few minutes, pleasant rental Its was us 23rd visit to Marco Island, I & my wife love the island, beach and neibhood

Great house great location. Got to see a dolphin at the dock. Pool was perfect Will definitely go back.

We could of had a party in the Master bath and Party Shower! lol We have stayed here twice now and loved every bit of it.!
