Stunning home just steps away from the beach, and JW Marriott!

The house was average, the dishwasher didn’t work, it was reported but not fixed. It says cleaning is included, however, it was very basic.

Our stay was fantastic! Hacienda Beach Club and Lola’s were a hit when we had our beach days. Not far from excursions and things to do. We had two families of 5 for a total of ten staying here and the layout was perfect! We saw monkeys and other wildlife at the property during our stay, and it was a hit with the kids. I would recommend this place for a large family or a larger group.

The good: Service Team very good-comfortable, big house, nice outside sitting area, beach club membership -bonus, pool-nice when clean. High winds blew down tiki umbrellas-quickly replaced in 1 day. The bad: house is old and needs work. Thermostats are set all over place & hard to maintain a regular temperature. One of the biggest problem is the water system and pressure in house is not working for us & our guests. They tried to fix it many times but plumber says leak problem is under house. We were disturbed and inconvenienced with no water at times and constantly having to call to bring in plumber. Only 1 bathroom shower working properly when we left. Rest of them did not work. Another big problem that we asked about before arriving was if there was construction OR noise. We were told NO.If you are looking for a quiet location, this is not it. Backyard where pool is, backs onto busy street with many construction trucks,motorcycles,etc. passing by and difficult to have a conversation with anyone in the backyard. Pool turned green and took 3 days to recover clarity & to swim in. Pool needs work with skimmers for leaves always blowing in it & lights burnt out in the shallow end. For all of our inconveniences we asked the owners for some type of refund for pool issues, water issues, and other problems. Nothing. We even left adult toys for them (all of theirs were not working), fixed a broken bike the first time we used it (and PAID for fixing it ourselves) games,food & books

The place was amazing! Very clean and spacious. The host, Natalia, was very helpful and communicative. We only wish we had stayed longer.

We had an incredible time in Costa Rica. Staying near the beach with the tennis and beach club access was perfect for our family of 5. Jamie was incredibly helpful and replied quickly to any of our questions. He arranged for Chef Fabian to cook brunch at the house for us. Fabulous. Fabulous. Fabulous.
