This local gem invites you to kick your feet up and relax on the custom-built convertible patio with a cup of joe from the gourmet coffee bar. Although thoroughly updated, this lovely house retains its historical charm. We’ve added some state-of-the-art security features like motion-activated floodlights equipped with security cameras, Ring doorbell and camera, and smart keyless lock to make sure you feel safe while on vacation. Three sumptuous bedrooms promise restful nights with new premium mattresses and bedding, gorgeous rugs, and sophisticated decor that highlights a unique color theme in each room. You’ll appreciate touches like phone chargers and a full-size washer and dryer.

Living Areas
You’ll be transported to a life of opulence upon entering the light-filled, open concept, showstopping home decorated with luxury decor and a touch of upscale farmhouse vibe. We’ve carefully chosen every detail to ensure it feels welcoming and homey. The posh new sofa and loveseat with throw pillows and cozy blankets offer the ideal environment for socializing, curling up with a good book or mobile device, or enjoying a favorite show or movie on the 55” Roku Smart TV. We even provide guaranteed boredom-busting board games suitable for the whole family.

Starting the morning with a coffee and taking in fresh air from the unique convertible patio is a truly southern way to begin the day. Combined with a swinging bed that can accommodate up to 3, you’ve just found your perfect place to unwind.

Kitchen & Dining
Our kitchen recently went through a floor-to-ceiling remodel, with no expense spared. Guests will feel pampered with custom everything, including granite countertops, backsplash, new cabinetry and drawers, a high-end black sink with hardware, and more. We hope your group chef takes advantage of this gourmet space to whip up old favorites or maybe try out a new Southern dish...or two!

Enjoy a full refrigerator with freezer, built-in microwave, glass cooktop stove with oven, and a dishwasher. A full knife set will get you chopping and dicing in no time and top of the line glassware and dinnerware make any meal feel like an upscale affair. Don’t forget to add a little spice to your recipes with our provided seasonings!

Craving a little something between meals We’ve got you covered with a basket of complimentary snacks.

A fully-stocked custom coffee and tea bar greets you in the morning, inviting you to start the day with your choice of beverage. The bar is stocked with a Keurig coffee maker, electric tea kettle, coffee pods and tea bags, flavored syrups, sweeteners, bottled water, and and hot chocolate with marshmallows. You’ll feel like you just stepped into your favorite gourmet coffee shop!
The granite-top kitchen island features additional seating for three on stylish rustic stools, perfect for a quick breakfast or quiet conversation.
The adjacent dining area has a high top farmhouse-inspired dining table that seats four. It’s easy to imagine many happy memories being made around this table, while enjoying the company of friends and family, as you indulge in a delicious meal and a decadent beverage. Recharge in the three elegant bedrooms that each boast their own color theme. All bedrooms offer a ceiling fan, 45” Smart TV, new luxury mattresses and premium bedding, and plenty of clothing storage. You’ll enjoy your warm and inviting retreat at the end of the day. To really put you in vacation mode, we even provide waffle-weave spa robes and slippers for your comfort.
The roomy primary bedroom features a premium luxury queen bed, storage space for your vacation wardrobe and dreamy decor in neutral hues that give off some seriously cozy vibes. Experience a peaceful blend of florals, farmhouse chic, and boho textiles in this restful haven. Bedside tables with reading lamps are great for late-night reading and two windows let in natural light as a wakeup call for those early risers, or you may choose to draw the blackout curtains and sleep in.

The second bedroom welcomes guests with a premium full bed, soft luxury bedding, artwork, serene decor, and a full dresser providing storage space to keep things neat and organized.

The third bedroom is oh-so cozy with a luxury queen bed, soft area rug and soothing neutrals with red accents, and boasts the addition of a stylish workstation for catching up on emails or getting some remote work done.

Feel completely pampered in the full bathroom that has been remodeled with top-notch fixtures and luxe finishes. Featuring a designer glass bowl sink with a spacious vanity, and a stunning granite-tile shower/tub combo with a window and rain shower head, every detail, like the new tile floors, feels luxurious and has been meticulously designed for our guests’ comfort.

Complimentary toiletries are always provided for your convenience- razors, disposable toothbrushes, toothpaste, makeup remover wipes, cotton swabs and pads, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, as well as a hair dryer, fluffy towels, and luxurious robes.

Also provided are a brand new large capacity front-loading washer and dryer, laundry detergent, iron and ironing board, and a clothing steamer so you’ll always be ready for whatever your day has in store, whether it’s a meeting in the boardroom, or a stroll along the riverwalk.

Other things to note
Shoes must be removed before entering the home. We provide a handy shoe tray and disposable slippers.
No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the property or on the back patio, front steps, or anywhere in the front or backyard. Smoking or vaping will result in a $1200 additional cleaning fee. If you are unable to refrain from smoking, PLEASE SELECT ANOTHER PROPERTY.
No pets allowed.
This property is not suitable for wheelchair users as there are steps leading to the front door.
Please refrain from going into the neighbors’ yards.
The Alexa may be used to lock the doors but not unlock them.
There are 3 motion-activated security cameras with floodlights around the perimeter of the house as well as a Ring doorbell and a smart keyless lock on the front door, all integrated with an Alexa device inside the home.
