All the best shopping and dining are minutes away. This is a peaceful experience close to downtown with country atmosphere for relaxation by the pool after grilling your favorite meal! We are nestled away on 2.5 acres of hard woods in an upscale and private neighborhood. You will have exclusive use of the home andpool.

4BR home with private pool, and no stairs to climb. The master BR comes with a beautifully remodeled walk-in shower, his and her dressing rooms. The other 3 bedrooms share a spacious remodeled tub/shower with plenty of closet space and storage. A Rinnai tankless hot water supply means endless hot water for you and the family. Central HVAC, 2 units (#1 for living area & Master BR, and #2 for the remaining bedrooms). The kitchen, dining and living areas flow seamlessly below a vaulted ceiling over a real brick fireplace providing an open area for entertaining & gathering. French doors lead to a game room equipped with a Foosball table and TV. An outdoor patio connects from the rear of the house and comes equipped with a Weber gas grill. The pool deck is secluded with a pergola, outdoor table and chairs suitable for dining and/or drinks with family and friends (equipped with outside power outlets). It’s all YOURS, except for the occasional morning deer out the kitchen window as you sip a hot cup of java!

We had a great experience at this home. We were in Columbus to see our son graduate from Infantry training and brought some of our elderly family with us. Christine, the property manager, is responsive and answered all of our questions. The home has everything you need for a family gathering. We were 7 adults and had plenty of space.

The property was as nice as the pictures. It was very clean and and appliances were really nice. Minor detail, the coffee pot is leaking should be replaced, but we were still able to use it. We loved baking in the kitchen. I would recommend staying here.
