Stayed Aug 19, 2017The concept of a 5 bedroom house with a pool in the countryside by a lake is great. The management of the place leaves a lot to be desired. There were no instructions re where all the controls were for the pool. Even though we turned the heating down then place was still too hot. The fitting such as lights were either not working or broken. The place was less that clean when we arrived.The outside was untidy and dirty. The windows had not been cleaned on the outside for sone time. It took me 45 minutes to clean the barbecue. A GREAT PLACE SPOILT BY LACK OF ATTENTIONTONDETAIL. Arthur Riley
