Onebedroom has a double bed, a single bed, and a crib; the second bedroom has a double bed, and the third has two single beds. The bathroom includes a shower, WC, and underfloor heating for added comfort. Modern amenities include a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, stove, and an energy-efficient heat pump, ensuring a convenient and eco-friendly stay. The property offers ample parking, including a carport, and sits on a nearly 1,000 m² plot, providing plenty of space for children to play and for enjoying sunny days or cozy barbecue evenings. Surrounded by nature, this home offers both tranquility and easy access to outdoor activities. Please note, the holiday home is not available for rental to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
