The home features 4 bedrooms, 3 downstairs and one upstairs, 2 large bathrooms, one on each level and one has a bath. 3 bedrooms have direct access to either the balcony or outside deck.

There are 2 spacious living areas, one downstairs with a large 75 inch uhd smart tv that is internet connected and also has live tv channels. Electric heating keeps everyone warm.

The main living area with TV is upstairs, complete with open plan kitchen/dining/living which accesses the massive wrap around deck, complete with plenty of seating options and a bbq. Soak up the views and relax in the quiet surrounds. Snuggle up around the wood fire on those chilly days or utilize the split system all year round. You will find board games and wide open grounds to keep everyone occupied at any time of year. Firewood is also supplied.

The kitchen has a giant island bench with 6 stools, coffee machine, dishwasher, electric cooking appliances and space to cater for the family holiday. The coffee machine is a Krups espresso machine please bring your own ground coffee.

The property is directly opposite the foreshore reserve with easy access to the beach. This home has everything needed for a wonderful holiday.

An EV charger is provided free of charge for those with electric vehicles, it is a generic charger and can charge all current electric vehicles at a maximum rate of 7kw.

    This house was perfect for my husband and his groomsmen to get ready and stay in prior to our wedding day. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the open plan kitchen was very nice and the view absolutely beautiful. I would happily stay here again!

    The house has everything you could need for our 6 night stay. All cooking facilities and essentials. Great space to be together or separate lounge rooms. Although our main area was upstairs on the deck overlooking the water across to the mainland. It’s a lovely little stroll to the beach. Would highly recommend and stay again (hopefully next year). Only downside is the beds are not very comfortable but it would not stop us from wanting to stay again.

    Great location, view, space, downstairs big TV, PRIVACY, PEACEFULNESS. BUT for such a good property the upstairs SOFA was way too low, too deep and so almost un-usable. Looks cool but it was totally uncomfortable. NEEDS TO BE REPLACED. Would love to stay in summer but no fan in upstairs bedroom (split system air-con would not reach) and so I'm guessing it would be hot at night because lots of north facing windows and minimal insulation.

    Stunning views, excellent proximity to beach, plenty of room for everyone. Would be the perfect holiday getaway if only linen was provided and the key was available at the property instead of in Cowes. Won't stop us staying again though, amenities provided in the house were excellent
