Stunning home centrally located by Bluffview

This home was exactly as described on vrbo and the host was an excellent communicator. Even with the massive street construction that was going on during our stay the noise was at a minimal and the workers were very respectful. If and when I return to Dallas I hope the property will be available.Thank you Juanita for everything!

Was a great place to stay. House is adequately equipped and in close proximity to what we were doing. Host was amazing to communicate with.

Very clean and nice property. Nice back yard too. We will definitely stay there again when we come to Dallas again. The only negative thing was the road in front of the house is being torn up to put in new sewage and water pipes. Got kind messy when it rained. This is obviously a temporary situation and nothing the property manager/owner can do anything about. Property Manager was very response to me as well. Very nice place to stay.

My buddies and I were in town for our annual college football trip. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. The location was perfect for getting to and from the game and was located conveniently near many attractions. We would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful home and sweet back yard. Location was perfect for our stay. There were numerous jet overflights, but noise was minimal inside and not bothersome outside.Private ideas to improve for the owners, DO NOT publish: Backyard pecan tree by the fence has a widowmaker limb hanging over the yard that needs pruning. Front door window could use a blind for privacy. Hard-to-see half steps to back room could use edge highlight for safety for old folks like us.

We helped our son and his wife move here from Arizona to attend UT Southwestern. This was a perfect location and retreat to stay at after very busy days. The house was very clean and well kept!

Clean quiet home, close to many things.

This was an amazing house in a great neighborhood! The beds were SO COMFORTABLE!!! We could not have had a better experience! Checking in and checking out of the house were so simple with no problems whatsoever! The property owner communicated fast and was very hospitable when we had questions. I had contacted her because I thought surely there was more they wanted us to do before we left the house checking out but no! The checklist was so simple. I would book this property any time we come to Dallas!

House was clean and well stocked. Neighborhood seemed safe, grass was high but I'm sure that was because of the recent rain.

Great Property

I am always nervous about booking my yearly rental in Dallas as I am not from the area. This is a place I will want to stay again! Location and neighborhood safety are most important to me... The neighborhood felt safe, and the location was exactly what we were looking for. The property was just as lovely as shown in the pictures. Additionally, it allowed pets, which we needed. Very clean. The host has excellent communication.

Had a business trip to Dallas for four days had an amazing experience staying at this house. It was clean close by the venue for our meeting and made it convenient for good shopping and meals as well. Would definitely stay again if going back to Dallas.

The house was as described. Very clean and comfortable. I had an issue with the heating in one bedroom. Let them know, they had had an HVAC person out ASAP and fixed the issue. I will stay here again.

My parents live in the Park Cities area and I have always struggled to find a good place to stay when my family comes to Dallas. We have tried multiple hotels over the years and this trip we found our favorite new place. The location was perfect, the house was everything that they advertised, and the beds were incredibly comfortable! We can't wait to book this house every time we come back to town.

The house was a great size and floor plan. It was in a convenient location for downtown, Highland Park, DFW, and Love Airport access. It does need a regular coffee maker.

Our family of five really enjoyed our stay over the Thanksgiving weekend. The house is beautifully decorated, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It also has a great backyard for furry family members. The location is perfect for easily getting to many places around Dallas.

The home was in a great location for us, and provided a comfortable place to stay while traveling with our small dog. We felt very safe during our stay, and it was a very quiet neighborhood. The only issue we had was the attention to detail when it came to the cleaning. Upon arrival I noticed that the sink faucet in the master bathroom had toothpaste residue. Also, the rugs thoughout, including bath mats could use a good clean, or be replaced. These issues were pretty minor, and I would stay here again, and recommend this listing.

Very impressed with cleanliness of property, lawn was cut. Even the trash outside trash cans were clean smelling. It was a pet friendly home and there wasn’t a dog dropping left on the lawn. Both the fire pit and grill had propane levels. The inside of the home was immaculate. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The only small negative was checkout time VRBO listing said 11 am , the property house rules said 10am. Had to drop family off at DFW airport and get back to check out. Enjoyed sitting on the patio,would absolutely stay here again.

We loved this property! The location is perfect. It appears to have been recently renovated and was beautiful and very clean inside. We had everything we needed. The host was very responsive and accommodating. We hope we can return again next year for our annual fall trip. Fred and Teresa
