Stunning Hamptons Beach Home for Family Vacations By The Ocean

We had an amazing time. Hosts were very communicative. House was clean and well equipped.

Everything about this home was great! The pool and backyard space are beautiful and the downstairs living/play space for the kids was a big plus. My family really enjoyed our stay!

My wife, two daughters, and I loved our stay at the Sand Cottage. The house was clean, very nice, and well stocked. The pool and grounds were immaculate. The hosts were very responsive. The proximity to both the ocean and bay was an added bonus. We had a great week of kayaking, fishing, kite flying, and splashing in both the pool and ocean. Highly recommend!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay. The pool is divine and the house is very comfortable. We loved the location as we were close to south Hampton and west Hampton. Their outdoor and indoor showers were the best! House is easy and Julie and Adam are very communicative and easy to deal with. We hope to be back next year!

The home was charming and cozy however the check in process was a bit chaotic with the code not working for several hours. We rented on a holiday weekend in the middle of summer and the grille was very dirty with mold and grease. The home is a bit more worn and not modern yet the price is very high. For the price it should have been a bit more modern and better kept.

I can't say enough wonderful things about our stay! The home was immaculate, the pool was so much fun and the beach was perfectly close! Julie made sure we had everything we needed and even added nice touches such as a bottle of wine, vase of flowers and my kids were thrilled to see the cutest inflatable toys floating in the pool upon arrival. We had such a great time that my kids keep asking when we can visit next!

My family loved our week-long stay at the Sand Cottage. The Tucker's home had everything my family of 5 needed, and more! We enjoyed the heated pool and quick drive to the beach or inlet. We couldn't ask for a better stay! ?

Adam and Julie are phenomenal hosts. Our family absolutely adored our two weeks at Sand Cottage and didn’t want to leave. Just steps from the bay and minutes from some of the best beaches in the world, Sand Cottage was a perfect retreat for our family to escape the crazy times we’re all living in. Sand Cottage is full of thoughtful touches and real personality. It’s a loving home with all the hallmarks you should want — from books and games on the shelves to the art on the walls and even the fun fish in the kids’ rooms. This is not some impersonal house pretending to be a hotel alternative. Sand Cottage is home. It would be hard to say what our favorite part of the house is — was it the lush lawns and gardens, the amazing saltwater pool, the perfect media room, or maybe it was the killer shower that I’m still talking about now that we’re home? The answer is all of the above and more. What is easy to say is that we will never forget our time at Sand Cottage and remain forever grateful that Julie and Adam made it available for us. It’s just the tonic we were in need of and we would gladly return in a heartbeat!

Everything about this beach house was just perfect. Idyllic location just steps from a bay beach which is ideal for families looking for a quieter peaceful beach. Everything was so easy with kayaks, life jackets and a beach buggy to bring everything you could possibly need to and from the beach with ease. Only 2 km to beautiful ocean beaches. The house itself is very comfortable and stylishly decorated. Two outdoor decks and great BBQ with a lovely area for doing s'mores in the evening! Fenced off garden would be perfect for families with smaller children. Julie was very welcoming and her instructions and fantastic local recommendations, sent to us in advance, meant that we could plan ahead and really get the most out of our week in the Hamptons. Little nuggets of information such as which night there would be live music in a local restaurant, a special offer on fresh lobsters or how long the wait might be for a table at the popular restaurants and what to do while waiting with children made all the difference to our stay. The house is immaculately clean with 5 star furnishings and appliances. We feel very lucky indeed to have found Sand Cottage and hope to be back next year!

My family and I rented the Sand Cottage in December and had such a relaxing, comfortable stay. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and the home is spacious and very comfortable. My niece said she felt like she was sleeping on a cloud! The beds and bedding were wonderful. We hope to be back in the summer, we loved walking over the bridge for beach walks or just steps from the house to the bay. Can’t say enough what a great rental this was for us and how reliable Julie is. We hope to be back!
