Stunning family holiday home

Very welcoming host. Terrific position, exceeded my expectations once I got there- quite the right of way accessing but plenty of room for 3 cars once there. Clean and modern, with spectacular views. Well stocked with the exception of t- towels!! A minor inconvenience. We were a full house and it worked amazingly well. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your fabulous property. We loved it!

Absolutely loved our stay here. I stayed with family to celebrate my birthday and the house layout was perfect to accommodate three couples and my teenage daughters. Everyone had their own space and it made for a relaxing, seamless weekend. The house itself is stunning with incredible views. Great location and very handy to shops and amenities.Would highly recommend for a getaway in Mangawhai.

Had a great holiday again. With split levels, multiple living spaces, and bathrooms on each level it is perfect. Fantastic views over the boat ramp, across the Bar and Barrier. The pizza oven and wood fired grill allow you to cook old school style. We recommend this lovely home to anyone who is considering it.

The property itself is fine. We had great difficulty dealing with VRBO to the point where we had to hand the cash balance over to the owner herself as the company couldn’t utilise our credit card. Then while the house itself was excellent for our needs the driveway was a nightmare with two cars badly damaged as the angle of the driveway to the garage floor is far too steep. Also there is a very large house being constructed next door so we did not get to sleep in past 7am which being on holiday was disappointing. The garbage situation was perplexing as there is a sign warning of a $100 fine if you don’t put the wheelie bins out on a Monday night . Our rental finished on a Friday, there were no wheelie bins and we certainly couldn’t have carried the bins provided up and down the drive so we were promptly fined $100 and accused of breaking a bar stool of which no knowledge and damaging the driveway which was heavily gouged by previous hapless drivers

Fantastic property for a family, spacious home & amazing views

Great overall experience. Sunrise watching from your bed, can’t be beaten. The size of the property was excellent for our grown family with enough privacy for all and space to stretch out. Amenities are excellent. The driveway is very steep as the owner has addressed and can cause issues with elderly or young drivers/pedestrians. But allows for the great views. Possibly a concave driveway mirror at the top of the rise would help with visibility moving forward.

Such a comfortable and well set up house to completely relax. The open space upstairs, flowing out to the deck and exceptional views, was truly superb. Well organised management and comms. Will be back
