Stayed Jun 26, 2025Our group of 10 adults booked this stay as our first visit to The Hamptons. The home's positive attributes included: 1) outstanding location; 2) outstanding physical property; 3) beautiful outdoor pool and backyard area; 4) very nice interior and spacious layout. The home's challenges included: a) hot water was unreliable (even after the owner had pilot light fixed); b) HVAC was unbalanced and not working at all in master; c) ceiling displayed water stains in multiple areas. In short, the physical setting and structure of the home were lovely but the inner workings/systems need to be made reliable. Perhaps some deferred maintenance investments would vastly improve the quality of the stay for future guests.
